“tracking number: 6F4000192331 FASTWAY lost my package. The package was addressed to an OOHPOD address and marked delivered but I never received a notification from OOHPOD about a delivery and they confirmed it was never received (attached) I contacted FASTWAY through their online support which states a 24 hour response timeline yet it’s been 1 week without human acknowledgment of my issue. I have resorted to going through every possible avenue to ensure their staff and CEO are aware of this issue.”

“Package not delivered more than 3 weeks, contacted the customer support - worst customer ever. So they made a full circle of a disaster service Avoid at any cost Would give a zero review if there was an option”

“Avoid! Useless company. Spent 6 euro for delivery and the parcel never came. It stated that I rejected that parcel and it was sent back to the sender, who also never received it back. Won’t be using again!”

“Dreadful service. Parcel collected 3 days after agreed date. No way of contacting anyone. Support actions do not work. Track number allocated did not work. Do not use this service”

“I wouldn’t leave any star rating from this company. I ordered my runners from ASOS and last Wednesday I got an email say my parcel arrived so I went down stairs but my parcel was gone. The driver didn’t call me or ring my doorbell. He got in the building from someone who live in the same building. So I walked over to the other blocks incase he left it there and ask ppl if anyone see it but obviously no one will admit they took my parcel. I contacted Fastway straight away and they refused to help me and say if the driver leave it there then nothing they can do. The driver rang me the next day and he said he left it in safety mailbox but we don’t have it here and he said it’s not his job to call me to ask if I’m home or not. He just assume ppl will be home. I lost my parcel and I can’t claim my money back. ASOS close my account under fraudulent. I hope this company will shut down very soon. They need to interview and hire some professional to work as a driver as we trust you to hand over our stuff.”

“The parcel I was supposed to receive a week ago has still not been delivered, I am waiting at home every day, there is no e-mail address or phone number where I can reach customer service, there is no return when I try to communicate via the application, a disgraceful company.”

“An old address defaulted for the shipping address by mistake and when the parcel was sent out I contacted FW 3 times by email to change the address and nobody came back to me at any stage Brutal customer care”

“If I could give a 0 I would have. Still can not contact them by phone. They said they tried to make delivery several time each time I was in my apartment and nobody came to deliver. After numerous times trying to email and send messages to the customer service ( if there is such a thing) not 1 reply. This company should not be in business. Absolutely shameless company should close.”

“I ordered something from a company in co. cork. I received email updates that the parcel had been collected, and then that the parcel would be delivered. This morning my parcel had been thrown over the gate. No one rang the doorbell. They are fortunate nothing breakable was in it. Absolutely appalling service. Why anyone would use this company tp deliver precious cargo is beyond me.”

“I received an email my parcel would be delivered then another one that it had been delivered, but nothing delivered until the next day, never got many deliveries through Fastway but the few I did get were very unsafactory, the last one was left outside in the rain, eventhough Porch Door unlocked and note up to leave parcel in the porch, it's not good enough, you are supposed to be providing a service, obviously a huge amount of unhappy customers going by the reviews. Why can I not contact you I phoned no this am recording to go to website. I would expect you to look and give a service that the public deserve.”

“Absolutely useless company Absolutely useless company, ZERO customer service. Their website has no contact chat, no email contact, no phone number to ring, how very convenient for them. They lost a €200 valued item of mine at Christmas and took no responsibility was going in circles with them. Also lost a package recently they delivered to wrong street and wrong house number and claimed it was signed for. They just shrug shoulders and play dumb. If I could give ZERO stars I would.”

“Shocking customer service. Delivery drivers don’t make any attempt to deliver your parcel before sending back to the supplier. No contact details available to ring and get an update either - you’re just left in the dark. Dreadful company. Hopefully your parcels are delivered by another courier for your own sake”

“Try and avoid ordering from shops that use these couriers, (eg Smyths, Very). Several occasions parcels just don't arrive or are delivered to the wrong house. Abysmal customer service also.”

“Similar to what is being said here. They report a delivery attempt but they never appear. Or more, they buzz your home and leave not having any time for you to go downstairs and get the parcel. It is just amazing a company like that to continue operating in Ireland.”

“Unable to contact them on the website as their customer care team system doesn’t work. I try the contact me and send them a message there and still no joy with them. I even told them on the alternative delivery for when I’m will be available to take delivery and they still just try delivery when I’m not home. An absolute disgrace of a company!!!”
