“Awful service. Unreliable, and the support team shrugs you and tell you to wait one more day without giving any clear updates, information or clarity on the process. Would not recommend, and I'll avoid purchasing goods if the companies use fastway as the courier”

“The worst courier company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with, driver marked my parcel as delivered when it wasn't, after a week of emails trying to locate it eventually it was found in a grey bin at another premises nowhere near my postal address, absolutely appauling customer service, no cares given if you get your parcel or not will never buy of beauty bay again just so I never have to deal with this courier company again!! please take my advice DO NOT USE!!!”

“I am having ongoing issues with Fastway and struggling to get them resolved. I have an outstanding package from early December 2022 that has just not arrived. Called to Hawkes Bay twice to follow up and nobody seems to know anything. I was initially told they tried to deliver it but couldn't and later told that it never went out for delivery as there was no phone number attached (I buy online all the time and never had this issue before). The online customer service has gone dead, despite numerous emails requesting updates. This week again I have had the pleasure of not having a package delivered on time. I have been assured it was out for delivery on Wednesday (it's now Friday and no sign). Is there a way I can OPT OUT of dealing with them , or choose another courier? This company should not be in business and the service provided is shockingly bad. If the only way to assure you get your package is by calling daily to the warehouse (30 mins drive from my home) what is the actual point in ordering online? No phone line makes it all the more frustrating trying to resolve the inevitable issues.”

“Unbelievable service.. Tracking said my parcel is had been delivered but it clearly hasn't. Its unfortunate that Asos use them as it definitely puts you off ordering from them because of how awful their courier service is. 😡😡, no stars should be a. a option.”

“Disgusted with the service in the last 6 weeks.Parcels put in my garden at front gate late at night.Porch door left open so parcels can be put inside.Parcels left at other houses leaving me to walk my estate looking for it.I have informed companies I am buying from that this is happening.So Fastway watch out , you could see your business losing a lot of business.”

“Fastway have lost 3 of my parcels coming from different companies in the last Fortnite alone I’m currently chasing refunds. I know they may be busier than usual but this is questionable and I would deem it unsafe having anything couriered by fastway again.”

“I don’t even want to leave a star! I ordered my parcel it said delivered and signature obtained but nobody had signed for it in my house! So I asked my neighbours no sign! My box had been delivered to the field beside my house in the snow , inside the box was a canvas print I had ordered which cost me 50 euro! My order was destroyed as it had been frosty rained and snow! It’s an absolute disgrace and no signature was taken because it was a field it was delivered to absolute disgrace!!!!!”

“In the same situation as a lot of the other reviews. Over 2 weeks waiting on 2 packages. One package has no update since 3 December on the tracking. 2nd package on the tracking says there was an attempted delivery yesterday - I was here all day and have cameras all over the house - no courior was at my house yesterday! My husband has been in at the local depot and they were no help. They said they have cages of packages not sorted and just shrugged. He then had my husband looking through packages - GDPR gone out the window there. Avoid Fastway, do not use them! I won’t be ordering off the 2 companies I bought these packages off again unless I know they’ve changed courior.”

“Where do I start, I will NEVER buy from a company that has you as a delivery service!!! For years I have had deliveries from DPD and An Post with absolutely no issue as the EIRCODE is on ALL my orders but guess what your delivery man tells you nobody home which is a total LIE as I work from home and nobody called to my door. In future I will be checking from my buyer if you are the courier service and without a shadow of a doubt I will not buy from them. I really don't understand how you are still in business. 3 emails I have sent to your support and not even the curtesy of a reply to any of them. Like all the others here wish there was a ZERO star because that's all you deserve!!!”

“"fake" attempts at deliveries and phone calls.....no customer support of note.....no live chat even though they advertise it. Terrible - I will actively seek sites that dont use them. getting one start as i cant give zero”

“There are no words to how absolutely deplorable Fastways is as a courier service! “Operational Delay” for 6 days in a row followed by “attempted delivery” which NEVER happened. There should be a ZERO star option”

“There should be a zero star option. Consistent problems with deliveries from The Hut Group. Package generally “misrouted”, followed by “package damaged” & ultimately package never arrives. Shocking service. How are they still in business?”

“Should be NO STAR Every time Fastway deliver to me there is a problem ! Last time they took 5 days to deliver from Dublin to Cork, with the tracking showing 'scheduled for next day delivery' showing for 3 days, then the parcel was dropped by the gate in the pouring rain with no message and not discovered until the next morning. This time not delivered for 5 days, first showing as 'mis sorted' then 'scheduled for next day deliver for 3 days ! Unfortunately online sellers keep using them as they get cheap contract deals and the customers get rotten service !”
