“Lost my same parcel twice. Lied about it to seller so I couldn’t get replacement. No number to call and online customer service have no clue what’s going on. Avoid at all costs”

“The worst company .something like that should not be on the market .drivers are very rude as well .I have ordered a phone on the 22nd of July fast ways to deliver it ,but apparently was put into the wrong cage and I never got still today is 20th September.even customer service is useless not checking really where the problem is .”

“They are literally incompetent. Useless, no contact or update and thier famous excuse for being pathetically late is "your parcel was misdirected between our depots". Why are organisations still using them for deliveries?”

“We live in rural part if Donegal, my wife has a disability which we have explained to the driver. It's not every day we get out near the town or main road but the driver insists if their is no other deliveries in the area to leave the package in a shop on the main road where it could be sitting for days even though we have paid for home delivery. I have spoken to the lady in the shop who tells me every one is complaining to her so this must be a regular issue but its not her fault. We have no other issues with any other delivery other than fastway. Pooor poor service”

“I dread when I see that fastway are the courier delivering a parcel. I know it will not arrive on time; I will likely see a tracking message saying there's a problem with the address although all info is supplied; I'll then get another message saying it's been delivered but I don't have the item and, after back and forthing with the company, it will eventually appear although no driver will have alerted us to that. Please, if you are a business choosing a courier company in Ireland with whom to work, choose anyone else. Fastway will ruin your reputation as well.”

“Fastway ate the worst courier ever. Can’t track items, website not working, no contact number to call. Already have a few deliveries from them, waited a long time only to find out package has been returned. Notifies no response from household but they never attempted to ring at all when someone’s always at home waiting for the package to arrive. A delinquent service provider for courier. They shouldn’t be called fast way at all but NO WAY. it’s a shame known brands use them as a courier. They must be banned from operating in Ireland.”

“Consistently “misdirecting” my parcels and they never arrive within the time frame stated. I have genuinely never had a parcel arrive on time. As well as this, the couriers more or less toss parcels over the gate and don’t bother ringing the bell to let me know it’s arrived. They blindly throw them over not knowing what is on the other side. It’s so frustrating especially when the parcel is needed by a specific date. I only use them when I have literally no other options”

“If I could put no stars I would. Worst courier in Ireland. Should be called slowway.... Will wait a week or more for something to be delivered and you can't track it. I actually have stopped using companies that use them as their courier, which is not good.”

“There was a package to be delivered to me on Thursday, we found it this morning in a neighbours garage, by the look of the package it had been out in the rain for a few days , as the outer packaging was torn and the item inside was damp, I think you are called fast because you'd just throw the packages you are supposed to deliver, and get away as FAST as you can , I would not recommend you'd to my worst enemy, on your rating system of star rating, there is not a star low enough to rate your company and the so called service you maintain you provide”

“Fastway is an incredibly brazen excuse for a courier company. I have accidentally had to deal with them as, for some reason, well known companies choose to use them as couriers. In both occasions that they have been tasked to deliver a parcel, they have dropped the parcel off at RANDOM locations. The first time, my parcel was delivered to Nellys shed. Where on earth is Nellys shed? They then managed to retrieve it and proceeded to drop it off at a random Supervalue. Not the address stated. To a grocery store. The second time, they at least didn’t bother with the first step of dropping it at Nellys Mysterious Shed, however they have once again dropped it off at a random supervalue. I honestly do not have the words for how little I want to do business with this sham company.”

“Fastway, aka Fartway, aka Fastway? Couriers are without boubt the worst courier company in Ireland. Anytime an online company uses Fastway, it's always going to be about 2 or 3 days late being delivered. Im waiting now for 5 days for an item that was sent by a company 60 miles from me. And even at that, it's not a record. That's 2 weeks. I now try and avoid ordering from a company if they use Fastway as a courier service. An massive joke of a company. Oh, and in March 2021, they claimed they were hacked, and personal details of customers were taken. It turns out the "hacker" was someone who found a vunerability in their system, and alerted Fastway to it. Instead of owning up, Fastway lied and said they were hacked. A pure scum of a company.”
