“A snail would have got my parcel to me as soon as fastway. They have parcel since 3rd September it is coming from Meath to Roscommon still not here. What are you up to. If there was a 5star minus in the red. I begrudge marking a star.”

“Their drivers delivering in Newcastle Galway are forever delivering to the wrong address - not checking the eir codes. I would not recommend them at all.”

“Useless, ordered parcel from Zalando.ie on the 20/8/21. I have been waiting on my parcel ever since. Yesterday 30/8/21 I checked it on the website and was advised it was in the van to be delivered, never arrived. Website then updated to say it was back in the delivery hub, this morning they updated the website again to say it was being delivered and then to say it had been delivered. No package and no van arrived. Unable to get into contact with Fastway. I am working from home waiting on this package. Disgraceful service, Zalando.ie needs to change couriers as I wont order from them again because of this.”

“What a worthless garbage service is that?! At 9 am I checked my delivery status and it said: On Board with Courier Your parcel is on the way! Our courier loaded it onto their van. I was sitting here all day long waiting for my item, but it did not arrive! Then 6:30 pm I checked the status again and it said: Delivery attempted. It clearly was not attempted I was sitting here all day watching cars. The delivery guy probably was lazy to come around and he had the nerves to say it was attempted. No phone number, or anything that I could reach out. Not a message, nothing! USELESS! This company should stop "working" or have a serious chat with their delivery persons! TRASH! I will never order from Argos again or from any businesses that has anything to do with this company! I really hope that they won't exist for much longer!”

“Returned my package to seller didn't say why . couldn't get them on phone went to depot said customs sent it back .they had it in the hub 3 day and informedme I would hae it in 2 day . Went on line to track parcel note said rturned to seller no explanation given very hard to get these people”

“My parcel was left in the electricity box. This was a very irresponsible thing to do as it is highly dangerous. It could have went on fire. My parcel could have easily fitted in my letter box.”

“can not give zero reviews,fastways should be called useless ways, they are not even cowboys at least cowboys are reliable, no matter how many awful reviews they get they seam still able to exist, a nuclear bomb would not even remove them, &%£+”

“Every time I have a delivery with fastway I leave my phone number for them to phone me when they are on the way they never phone , I got a email saying it was delivered which I never got ,I asked my next door neighbour and he said there was no parcel left in for me they don’t have a contact number for people to contact them so I think their company is a scam or a faugh”

“Fastway delivery drivers are mainly Eastern Europeans and they’re horrible - no manners & very poor customer service. Fastway Ireland must retrain their delivery drivers in order to stay in business”

“Fast Way, rather change your name to Slow Way. My parcel was send out yesterday 8:15 for delivery, did not received it yet, and no one answer a phone. This is very bad service.”

“Just watched a fastways courier make a delivery of bike parts to my house. He opened the door of the van and threw the package in the general direction of the door and drove off, was gone before I got outside to challenge him. The absolute worst company with the rudest most incompetent drivers I have ever dealt with”

“They picked up my parcel on the 8th June. 10 days later it still hasn't arrived. It has been in the hub since the 10th. Emailed and 2 separate people say they'll check and get back to me. Still waiting for an answer. No reply when I used website contact. An absolute f-ing joke and zero customer service. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews before booking them”

“Worst delivery service. I had to email them to ask when my parcel would be delivered - to be told it's already been delivered. It hadn't been. They said it was left at my door - it wasn't. Told me to check all the places it could be - wasn't there nor had any neighbours seen it. Sent out a driver to check my property and did this without authorisation. Driver found the package of my parcel in my bin apparently but as I wasn't in at the time he wouldn't send a pic of this and removed it from my bin (apparently). So they have said "you have the parcel case closed" . I don't have the parcel and asked for photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered and the packaging - neither of which they will send me, rather "The driver has photographic evidence of this for the sender when they get in touch. No further communication will be had between Fastway & you, we will handle this with the sender." Absolutely appalling service.”
