“My package was left at a different house even though my address was clearly printed on the box! I had no idea it was there only for this neibors son brought it down to me I'd be still waiting for it. Very unprofessional of the driver! He obviously couldn't be bothered getting it right!”

“Terrible service! I have ordered a delivery and paid extra to get it in two days. It didn't arrived. I tried tracking my parcel on their website and it doesn't even load.”

“I am a business owner and I use Fastway to deliver to clients. They lost two deliveries this week, they gave up trying to deliver another parcel and sent it back to me. They have just lost my business. The service is terrible. Please try to avoid if possible.”

“Parcel delivered was opened and content was taken. The only way to stop all this, stop ordering from retailers that use Fastway... I will reconsider my order if Fastway is used as courier”

“Dreadful service, make absolutely no contact with you, they said they had delivered and received a signature for my package when they hadn't even attempted delivery. They sent my package back to sender without ever once making contact with me or making any attempt to deliver. When I complained to the company I ordered from they said that fastway confirmed they had delivered my package! Unbelievable stuff, you can't speak to anyone, they don't respond to emails, even though you get an automated response to say that you will get a response within 48 hours, a total joke. After a month I eventually got a refund only for the very same thing to happen with another package, so frustrating. Avoid at all costs!!”

“Why are these people still in business. Did a test run with a package from Co Westmeath to Co. Kerry. A WEEK Later !!!!. still no package. Had to drive to the depot to collect it. So anyone who wants to enhance your business DO NOT DO NOT use Fastway (AkA Sloway.”

“I ordered some masks from a company based in Limerick, on October 9th. My shipping cost for the delivery from Limerick to Athlone was €11.05. I contacted them on October 20th as I hadn't received anything. I was told that Fastway had delivered my package on October 14th and had gotten a signature. I included my postal code and mobile number in the delivery details, no one called to my home on that date as I was in all day. Today is November 4th and still no sign of my masks. This company has received appalling reviews for it's total lack of customer service and rightly so. I cannot understand how Fastway are still in "business".”

“Used a tracking service to try and find out where my desperately needed Halloween costume was for my Granddaughter who is in tears !! It says that delivery was attempted , which it WASN'T as I have been in all day . No way to contact them except email with no way off knowing how long will take to get an answer . Companies should not use them as analyst shambles . I will never order anything again if going to be delivered , or NOT , by them .”

“I purchased a fine from Eir on the 6th October, it arrived in the depot on the 13th, I emailed Fastway couriers & was told it would be delivered within 2 working days. Never arrived, I tried to ring Fastway but the 2 numbers on the site were wrong numbers. Finally I took time off work on the 19th October to go to Little Island to collect it myself after it being sitting on the shelf in the depot all this time. This fine was to be delivered to my home. Can you explain to me why it wasn’t,. My tracking number3M2400432001.”

“Terrible sevice my package has been held by them since 29th September, emailed them 3 times to be responded by 2 automated emails that shows no change of service. 3 weeks of holding my package which was already delayed from where i ordered it. Why are they still running if they are this terrible!? Orders off Wish and AliExpress has already arrived quicker than them! As of now it is 19th October now and still waiting!”

“Parcel was ment to be delivered each day for a wk and then tracking said delivered didn't say it was 2 miles away at entrance to GAA pitch with over €100 worth of products ,kind lady who found it delivered it they are beyond bad”

“Awful awful service. They don’t knock at the door, they just dump your package somewhere in the garden. They also fraud your signature and sign for the package for you! Absolutely disgrace,!! Companies need to stop using this service”

“Terrible service, Very unprofessional, the delivery driver leave my parcel outside the main gate of my apartments without notifying me, and I found my parcel on the street in the evening, my parcel also damages as well, the driver even did not bother to call me. Seriously awful service.”

“If I could give less than one star I would. This is by far the absolute worst delivery service and I’m almost 100% sure they don’t even attempt to deliver half the parcels. I’ve paid for next day delivery and not once have I actually gotten it. Joke.”

“Any seller/supplier/shipper that forwards materials to me by fastway will lose my business permanently. I have notified you all vis direct email, now consider this the last word on the matter. No more excuses......no more nonsense ! Those Cowboys have had their High Noon and lost !”

“I ordered a dress on 6th sep, its been at fastway Ballymount hub sibce 13th sep waiting for 'customs cpearance' they are supposed to sort this out by entering a TARIC-COMMODITY-CODE which I have sent to them (I contacted a customs officer about this). Reading the reviews I'm surprised they're still in business tbh Still waiting, numerous emails, phone redirects you to use website. And no dress costing €180 for a family wedding 😡”

“Two deliveries in 1 week that have gone missing. One still missing the other I managed to track down myself. The fact that all numbers in all counties are disconnected says it all. Terrible service with no redress except to stop using sites that use fastway as their courier. Absolutely appallingly service .”

“I couldn't leave a ZERO review for this company. Absolutely awful service, unable to contact anyone regarding deliveries as the telephone number doesn't work. Said they delivered packages but didn't, tracking system doesn't give up to date information. Have stopped ordering from seller as they are using this company for deliveries”
