“Consistently “misdirecting” my parcels and they never arrive within the time frame stated. I have genuinely never had a parcel arrive on time. As well as this, the couriers more or less toss parcels over the gate and don’t bother ringing the bell to let me know it’s arrived. They blindly throw them over not knowing what is on the other side. It’s so frustrating especially when the parcel is needed by a specific date. I only use them when I have literally no other options”

“If I could put no stars I would. Worst courier in Ireland. Should be called slowway.... Will wait a week or more for something to be delivered and you can't track it. I actually have stopped using companies that use them as their courier, which is not good.”

“There was a package to be delivered to me on Thursday, we found it this morning in a neighbours garage, by the look of the package it had been out in the rain for a few days , as the outer packaging was torn and the item inside was damp, I think you are called fast because you'd just throw the packages you are supposed to deliver, and get away as FAST as you can , I would not recommend you'd to my worst enemy, on your rating system of star rating, there is not a star low enough to rate your company and the so called service you maintain you provide”

“Fastway is an incredibly brazen excuse for a courier company. I have accidentally had to deal with them as, for some reason, well known companies choose to use them as couriers. In both occasions that they have been tasked to deliver a parcel, they have dropped the parcel off at RANDOM locations. The first time, my parcel was delivered to Nellys shed. Where on earth is Nellys shed? They then managed to retrieve it and proceeded to drop it off at a random Supervalue. Not the address stated. To a grocery store. The second time, they at least didn’t bother with the first step of dropping it at Nellys Mysterious Shed, however they have once again dropped it off at a random supervalue. I honestly do not have the words for how little I want to do business with this sham company.”

“Fastway, aka Fartway, aka Fastway? Couriers are without boubt the worst courier company in Ireland. Anytime an online company uses Fastway, it's always going to be about 2 or 3 days late being delivered. Im waiting now for 5 days for an item that was sent by a company 60 miles from me. And even at that, it's not a record. That's 2 weeks. I now try and avoid ordering from a company if they use Fastway as a courier service. An massive joke of a company. Oh, and in March 2021, they claimed they were hacked, and personal details of customers were taken. It turns out the "hacker" was someone who found a vunerability in their system, and alerted Fastway to it. Instead of owning up, Fastway lied and said they were hacked. A pure scum of a company.”

“Piece a shit courier, didn't deliver parcel even tho I was home .. put my last one inside my gas boiler and didnt leave a note to let me know was there over a week . Waiting ona new parcel they said couldnt be delivered no slip left in the door and again I was home waiting ..have no clue how to contact them for all the good it would do anyways. Would be quicker walking to England from northern Ireland to collect from store”

“Absolutely ridiculous experience with fastway. They delivered my parcel to the complete wrong address and have been unable to track it down. I have contacted them every single day since(nearly a week now) to try and sort it out and they have still not been able to help me. Absolute shambles of a company- how they are still in business is a mystery! If I could leave 0 stars I would.”

“Parcels consistently left on porch step not even behind the porch door but on full view - No phone call or text Usually here No ringing of my bell or my buzzer or my knocker !!!!! Recent one sent from Galway took 10 days Arrived Torn & Open for all to view ( underwear) & I was in and never rang or knocked Couldn’t get to speak with anyone prior to the final delivery It’s all most inefficient DPD text - give you name of driver , time scale that day An post too no issues So your service stinks”

“If I could give no stars I would. I ordered of an online shop last weekend and my item has been with fastway since 26th. I paid the extra to have it here quicker but I will not have my item in time. This service is a joke and would not recommend it.”

“Used Fastway for our business for around 10 years, because they were cheap. Unbelievably poor customer service and blatantly obvious that their drivers do not give a monkey's. So many cock-ups that I couldn't list them all here, just shockingly bad overall. Finally binned them and moved on. Avoid them like Covid.”

“After several emails to and from fastway couriers ireland regarding a delivery they threw from a van asking me first for the tracking number then for the address and then the name on the parcel all of which I had already given them and I would have assumed they already had they told me to contact the supplier for a refund. This was my response. Why would I need to send pictures to the supplier for a refund or replacement as they were not at fault. The reason I did not receive my parcel in good condition is that fastway couriers threw it from a van in the rain in a garden with 2 dogs when there's a post box on the pillar that it would easily fit into. I will be contacting the supplier however to make them aware that I will purchase no further items if they are using fastway couriers as the delivery method and as expected after wasting my time with back and forth emails the response regarding your company's incompetence has been totally unsatisfactory and again thank you for wasting my time. Do your self a favour and don't purchase from any supplier that uses this joke of a company as their carrier”

“A terrible experience every time I buy from a vendor that uses fastway couriers so in future I will never buy from any company that uses this excuse for a delivery service. There is no way to contact them and I have had messages to say a parcel has been delivered and it has not I have had messages to say they can't find the address I had parcels badly damaged the list goes on and on. Today I was delivered a parcel of small but expensive electronic components that would easily have fit in my letter box at the front gate but the driver would need to get out of the vehicle to do this so they did what they normally do and threw it out the window at the door and if my two dogs had not destroyed it which they did the rain would have done the job. The parcel was clearly marked fragile aswell but why should they care you cannot contact them to complain no phone number or email address nothing. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from any company that uses this disgusting excuse for a business. This is the first time I have done a review on any subject but fastway couriers are the worst company I have ever ever ever had the misfortune of dealing with but I suppose I have never dealt with them because they can't be contacted. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANYONE THAT USES FASTWAY "couriers "”

“This so called Courier busses is utterly useless, unreliable, couldn’t care less drivers and any retail outlets that use them should think hard as to why would they would employ such a ramshackle parcel delivery service that does not deliver. I would sooner tran a team of Clowns on roller skates for a far better service. I will Not order from retailers who use Fastway, NoWay would be a much better name.”

“I have just found another parcel thrown into my back yard this is the 5th parcel that the couriers have thrown away not delivered also two of my neighbours have also found parcels dumped in their back gardens from Fastway couriers,also parcels left on doorsteps they should be made to get a signature when delivering to someone disgusting”

“Worst customer service ever Says item delivered. Can’t get through to any number despite them sayin they are constantly reviewing better ways to assist ppl The web chat never has a reply I’ve tried entering chat and the track number 8 times in one hr and it goes around and around asking same info No lines manned and no couriers numbers or depots working. Shame on them Items saying redirected three times as lost depot to depot”

“RECIEVED A EMAIL TO SAY ORDER CANT BE DELIVERED SS NO ONE HOME, I WAS HOME ALL DAY NO ONE CALLED, AND JUST TO BE CERTAIN I CHECKED MY SECURITY CAMERAS NO CALLERS ON MY PROPERTY AT THE ALLEGED TIME 10.08AM, TRIED TO CONTACT FASTWAY A TOTAL WAST OF TIME AS NO COMTACT NUMBER THAT OPERATES, SHOWER OF COWBOYS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DPD OR UPS ARE MORE RELIABLE, FASTWAY ARE A JOKE, TOTAL DISGRACE.”
