“The main problem with First Tutors is the lack of customer services. Your company has decided not to provide its customers with a telephone number where to call, therefore it’s an intentional policy, not a mistake.”

I am a little puzzled by your comment because I do see that you were in touch with customer services and received 4 separate emails from two of our CS staff to your questions. We prefer to respond via email (this way we have a clear history of events) to all customer enquiries, we respond quickly, usually within 30 minutes, including weekends. “I was very impressed with the ease and efficiency of using your service when looking for 2 subject tutors. The profile information on your site was excellent and made it easy to select those that I felt would be the best fit for my daughter. “Very happy with how easy it was to find a piano tutor and there was plenty of choice too. The bios for each tutor really helps in finding the right tutor. I'm very happy with the tutor I found too.”

First Tutors has a map option in the header of all requests which will show the distance by road (in miles) and the approximate location of the other party (using google maps). I'm sorry if you missed these when contacting your tutor. We have a customer support team who will be able to assist you in finding the map if you need to do so in the future.
