“Happy that I found a tutor with First tutors but clearer instructions would be helpful as both I and the tutor were a bit unclear on how to proceed after contact had been made to obtain details. Also not clear regarding payment of 4.99-24.99 ... and not until you pay you find out it’s actually the higher end of the pay scale and the rationale for this is not clear so more transparency on this before hand would be helpful.”

“The tutor arrived an time but significantly under prepared. It become obvious soon into the lesson she wasn’t familiar with the paper ( we did management accounting and she did not know variances were on the paper ) despite me giving her my login in details to access all the exam papers necessary and sending her two complete copies of the exam. She wasn’t familiar with how to calculate variances so said she would send me notes which she did. This wasn’t great a start. She then struggled with two elements of the paper which wasted a significant amount of time, although she stated she had looked through the paper before hand she took a substantial amount of time to work out one answer and couldn’t work out a second calculation only to phone me after the exam and explain how her husband found it out. Overall, she was clearly under prepared and didn’t hugely put me at ease for the exam. She did help somewhat but for the rate she is charging I expected far more then to not even get through one whole paper. Nice lady but wouldn’t recommended her as her price is too high for what she offers in terms of management accounting.”

“First Tutors provided a first rate service when I was looking for an online Polish tutor. Their website (which works well on mobile) is clean and clear, allowing me to quickly find a suitable tutor. When I had found a tutor I wished to work with, I was given comprehensive contact details. The tutor I found has been wonderful, but if things had not gone as well as I had hoped, I would have known exactly how to proceed. This is because First Tutors proactively emailed me to ensure I was having no difficulty contacting my tutor, and to keep me aware of my options at each stage. The price for this service has been very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use First Tutors again in the future.”

“Yes really first tutors is a wonderful site that made my job easy to find a tutor. As im so worried about my son regarding physics subject as we had limited time to get his personal statement ready i found a good tutor by this first tutor app. I recommend strongly one should approach this site for finding a tutor within no span of time. Awesome”

“Password got locked out for my previous email but got NO REPLY to reset password after numerous requests! ! It is unacceptable and not the way to do business No phone number to call or email to write to? Where are you based? Please response with reasons why no reply. Poor system and extremely poor service. Unhappy customer.”
