“Password got locked out for my previous email but got NO REPLY to reset password after numerous requests! ! It is unacceptable and not the way to do business No phone number to call or email to write to? Where are you based? Please response with reasons why no reply. Poor system and extremely poor service. Unhappy customer.”

I'm afraid that we not not currently offer a telephone support service but we do provide support by email 7 days a week. Dear Jakelyn, We're sorry that you misunderstood the introduction fee and thought that it was payment for a lesson. We do explain the introduction fee on our homepage (https://www.firsttutors.com/uk/), our how to find a tutor page (https://www.firsttutors.com/uk/how-to-find-a-tutor.php) and FAQs (https://www.firsttutors.com/uk/faqs.php). We operate as a tuition agency and the fee you have paid is the agency fee to receive your tutors contact details. “Rachel is a lovely professional teacher for my child. Into the third lesson now and she has put so much confidence into my child. Rachel is approachable, friendly, understanding and really helpful. She is fantastic. Thankyou so much for helping us find a perfect tutor for our child.”

“Vivienne has been AMAZING with my daughter in the run up to her Higher Maths. There were a few areas where my daughter didn’t feel confident and Vivienne’s patient and friendly manner and logical explanation of the principles meant that she went in to the exam feeling much more confident. Thank you so much!!”

“I was a little sceptical about using this service, however it was a very simple process. Suzie made contact and tutoring has commenced. My daughter is finding her help to be outstanding and extremely helpful. Can’t praise the service enough. Would definitely recommend the service.”

“Found a local tutor through first tutors after my sons latest mock exam results. Rebecca was very helpful and accommodating considering the gcse exams are only weeks away. Rebecca allocated a mutually convenient time and my son has now had 2 sessions. I found Rebecca very approachable.”
