“The website is relatively easy to navigate and find tutors, with sufficient information about the tutors to make a decision whether to contact them. However, there is room for improvement: Registration only allows the parent to register, not the student. There is no option whether I am registering for myself or my child. In order to view the tutor's contact details, the tutor has to click on the "finder's fee" button to release payment of the finder's fee and subsequent display of contact details. This confused both the Tutor and myself and required clarification from the First Tutors.”

“The tutor I had arranged for my son and paid the Finder Fee for, has now withdrawn before we'd even met. I have spent hours finding a tutor and am most disappointed that I am back to square one.”

“I wasn't aware I needed to pay to obtain the information about the tutors. I think that aught to be pointed out at the beginning. I am a dance instructor and am connected to a couple of sites for people looking for tuition - there is no charge either to me as tutor or the potential student.”

“I was not sure as to how to find a good tutor that would fit our needs. First Tutors was very easy to use, extremely professional and provided a great platform with which to outline tutoring needs as well as review and communicate with tutors. I will definitely use First Tutors as my first go to for our tutoring needs.”
