“Santi g to improve my French, I contacted First Tutors online e after reading reviews. I found the site very straightforward to use. I made contact with my tutor and making arrangements with her was very easy.”

“Simple searched web site first time to find a tutor to help in Physics. This site has shown a list of tutors nearby my home plus their qualifications. Found one closest plus willing to come to teach, so far after 1st lesson, I was impressed as tutor didn’t use any textbooks, simply well prepared topics, taught plus leaving homework! So it was worth paying the service fee to locate such tutor.”

“After charging us an exorbitant amount for a few lessons, the tutor suddenly disappeared and never made contact again. It is indeed very disappointing that First Tutors have such tutors on its system and are actively marketing their profiles, leading customers to believe that the teachers on the system are trustworthy and committed to the profession. It was a waste of time and money, and we are now too late to find another tutor for our son.”

“Unfortunately this tutor was not able to deliver as expected. I will not be continuing after the first meeting. Since this has proved unsuccessful I feel that I should be refunded the fee paid to First Tutors as I can no longer have trust that I will get the service expected. Please email your reply.
