“The information supplied on the website was incorrect. I only joined as I was looking for lessons for my child at the weekend or at my home. Once I had joined and contacted the tutor directly I was informed that weekend lessons or lessons at home were not available contrary to the information given on the website.”

Dear Michael, I am very sorry to hear that the information provided by your tutor was incorrect and therefore you were unable to proceed with tuition. As you haven't contacted us about this matter we haven't been able to help, but I have just sent you an email now advising how to select a replacement tutor at no further cost. “I had tried a different site first who's tutors were all to busy to take on more pupils. We have found the most amazing history tutor through this site. To my daughter this is one of the most important subjects and Sam is absolutely brilliant with a very good manner that my daughter is comfortable with.”

“We have used the First Tutors website twice to find tutors for our daughter. Both times it’s been easy to find a good tutor by searching the website and reading the tutor profiles. We found the one-off fee payable to First Tutors was fair.”

“OK so I have only known about First Tutors for three weeks since easily finding them online. What I will say Is the response to my learning enquiry was very fast and also the profiles and selection of language ability training very easy to access and understand. Three weeks in I am very satisfied”

“My son Ayaan is going for 11+ tuition and had only two sessions. He was very worried to start with. But after the first class he was so exited and was counting days for second class. He said ‘Mark is the best teacher he came across’. Whether or not he get a place in Grammer school, I believe this will help to build up his confidence and performance. Thanks to Mark and Amanda and keep up the good work.”
