“I found a great A level maths tutor for my daughter. The website steps enabled me to discuss needs and available dates before the personal details for direct contact were released. Payment is requested only when you are happy that the tutor has availability for teaching time. Very satisfied, and the whole process was very quick and easy”

“It took a little while to find my way around the website and understand the means of contacting tutors. I was not sure about asking questions and would have welcomed some examples. At times it felt a bit clunky but in the end everything worked out well.”

Dear Ettore, Thank you for your feedback. It is free to contact as many tutors as you wish via our website in the private member's area. Here you can ask them all the questions you wish about their qualifications and suitability. Only once you have both agreed to tuition do you need to purchase their details. “The tutor and service I found from the site were great. However, I had to pay the site £20 to 'unlock' the details of my tutor e.g. Address, phone number etc. Even when we were messaging she gave me her address so I could see how close it was to my child's school, it was removed from the site for violating their terms and conditions.”

Dear Angharad, Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate it. Tutors on our site vary in cost between £4.99 and £19.99. The cost helps us cover security checks for all our tutors to ensure utmost safety on our site. I'm afraid if we did let you and the tutor exchange contact details prior to payment, very few tutees would go through with payment and therefore we could not exist as a site.
