“Your web site is convenient but it FORCES me down a route which is irrititating ......it only allows me to go for one tutor at a time. I wanted to try two in parallel for a while and choose the one whose teaching style best suited me Your site would not let me do this and cut me off from the second tutor before I could explain my intentions”

“We needed a tutor and by chance I came across this website. We found a very suitable tutor and are in full swing. It was easy to get in contact with her through the website and worth every penny (£15) to get her details sent to us, after the first initial contact I very much liked being able to see qualifications and distance from us straight away”

“Very easy to use site and good detail about the tutors available. Only 1 issue I had was, I didn't pick up on the finders fee until I ended up at the check out. Maybe it was stated somewhere but feel it should say upfront there is a charge. Other than that happy with the site. User friendly”

“The thing I like about First Tutors is that I could read detail about each Tutor to help me with my selection. My choice in the end wasn't the nearest Tutor but one I believed to be more suited to me overall. It was not a matter of finding the nearest Tutor but one that suited my requirements and personality and 'First Tutors' helped me achieve this very well.”

“Extremely disappointed. I placed an advert as I was seeking a tutor who might have had availability on the days that I specified. I was then contacted by 3 tutors, 2 were out of my travelling range and one then offered me lessons via Skype. I purchased the tutor's details and hoped to start lessons with them but they then contacted me to say that they were only available during the day and had therefore clearly not read my specifications. I have had my time and money wasted and feel extremely let down.”
