Dear Saad, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your tutor is not suitable for your requirements and is not available for tuition as you had hoped. We do recommend that prior to purchasing a tutor's contact details you use the free messaging forum to discuss all your requirements in detail, including suitable dates and times for tuition, to be as certain as possible that your chosen tutor will be a good match for you. As we had not heard from you to indicate that there was a problem with your tutor, we have not yet been able to help you. I have just sent you an email now to explain how you can chose a replacement tutor at no further cost. I do hope that this will enable us to resolve the matter positively for you. “Monica has the ideal characteristic of a tutor. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in teaching. She is paitent and encourages questions no matter how ridiculous they are! I enjoyed her tutoring and definately feel more confident in my chemistry. Monica is also pro-active in online responses which are very convenient and useful. I initially had difficulty in understanding the complex concepts of tertiary level chemistry, however with the help of Monica's thorough and clear explanations, I was able to learn and understand those concepts. Monica is definately the best tutor i've ever had. If i had the ability to rate higher than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend her and would definately come back to tutoring for my future papers!”

“One Tutor after replying and then asking to swap details never replied to my emails again. Som it was just as well I didn't pay for her details until I heard more from her or this would have cost me about £25 for nothing.. Would you have reimbursed me if I had paid for her details but never heard from her again.. ThIs seems a bit of a scam. Another tutor I contacted and paid to swap details (and have used once so far) was not sent my details ? I look forward to your response . Thanks, John”

Dear John, We are very sorry to hear there have been problems with finding tutors through our site. We absolutely would refund any fee that you paid should the tutor have not made contact. I can see you have successfully found two tutors through the site, but do get in touch should either of them let you down. Under GDPR we cannot forward your contact information to a tutor without your permission. This is why we ask you to get in touch with them once you have paid our introduction fee. “I found an excellent tutor via this site.it has been so easy to use this site so helpful.this was an unusual request as the pupil is a 78year old stroke person.who needed to go back to basics.with help there was laughter in the lesson.of pure joy..”

“My tutor was Anusha. I have just completed my Biology AS exams. Anusha was a fantastic help to me. She was so patient and explained everything in depth and detail something my teachers at school didn’t have time to do. When I went into my exams I was more relaxed due to the help and encouragement Anusha gave me. I would highly recommend her.”
