“Well organized website, Happy to accept any critics and to resolve any concerns with my choice of tutors. I feel good knowing that first tutors can give me as much basic information about their tutors. My daughter has two tutors from them and she is very happy with both. Very happy with their service. Will recommend.”

“Found it easy to navigate and use the site. The process was smooth. I would say if a tutor suddenly disappears after you request them, then it would be helpful if you are notified, instead of finding out the tutor has disappeared just by chance as I checked on their profile otherwise I would not have known the tutor was not available.”

Dear Kenza, Thank you for your feedback. We do ask our tutors to switch their accounts to 'inactive' if they are fully booked or unavailable for tuition. Those that fail to respond to open requests will be permanently removed from the system, this is to ensure all listed tutors are active and available to take on work. “We have only had one session with the tutor but so far she has been brilliant. Initial contact was very fast and effective, references and copies if qualification bought with her to view on first sescion. And she has really taken the time to get to know myou daughter, made her feel at ease and understands weaknesses within that session. She is taking into account a visual problem my daughter has and will use resources to best suit my daughter. Very happy so far”

“The tuition my son received met his needs in every way. The lessons were delivered in a professional, but friendly manner from a quiet, unassuming and extremely patient man. Peter found a way to create a good,friendly relation with our son and he is enjoying every lessons. We are pleased to have him in our home.”
