“The admin contact was useful to contact as our case in seeking a tutor was in danger of being closed as it took some time to find the person we wanted. I think the cases could be left open for longer. All in all it all worked well for us and our tutor seems great. So we are happy. There was one point where Philippa was not receiving my emails but then they went through and we signed up with her. She is great, flexible and knowledgable and my daughter is very pleased!”

“This was very straightforward. Within a couple of hours of my search request I had a response from my tutor, we exchanged emails, I paid my, very reasonable, fee & my first lesson was arranged! Also I could read reviews about my tutor. Couldn’t be simpler. To be recommended”

“User interface could be improved to advertise from parents perspective. Some of tutors do not respond. Which is annoying given the time and effort it takes to identify someone potentially suitable.”

“I agreed on a time slot with the tutor and paid the 25 pounds to release her details the following day. She had taken someone else on in the meantime without informing me and I lost my money as the slot she then offered was not convenient. I was not impressed at all.”

We have a set procedure to follow when a tutor lets you down in some way which entails leaving feedback on their profile in order to claim another tutor at no further cost. “Very easy to access, and see reviews of available tutors. Easy to find a tutor located near you! I was unaware of the joining fee at the time, so was stung with £19.99 in order to share contact details with the tutor I selected, so please be aware of this.”
