“Sonia responded to my enquiry very quickly. We arranged a trial lesson over Skype. Sonia is prompt and organised. Each lesson comes with prepared notes and exercises and afterwards Sonia sends sound files to help me practice. I’m enjoying my lessons very much.”

“Despise the concept of "buying" the details of a tutor, only there for profitability. A large expense was invested just to get the contact details. Prefer other websites this one left me bitter.”

Dear Colin, Thank you for your feedback. The intro fee helps cover the costs of ID checks, reference collection, qualification verification etc. website administration etc. The fee ranges from 4.99 up to 24.99 so for example if you can only afford lessons at 10 pounds per hour we only charge a one off fee of 4.99. We find that parents and students choose us for peace of mind, there are sites where you can find tutors for free but these sites are not regulated in any way. We wish you the best of luck with your new tutor. Kind regards Sara Customer Services Team First Tutors
