“I needed a maths tutor for my son so checked out the First Tutor's website . After looking at the various options I chose a tutor and the contact was made quite quickly which was great.All very well organised.”

“Communication with tutor was difficult as many characters in the message are obscured, consequently the tutor thought we were enquiring about English Literature rather than Language. System worked well once payment had been made for contact details.”

“Found the site very difficult to navigate. It is not at all obvious how to get back out of things once you've clicked on them. Often the only answer seems to be to close the whole thing down and start again. I would prefer it if emails alerting you to a message from a potential tutor actually gave you the message so that you don't then have to waste a lot of time logging in to find it.”

“The service was very good both in terms of speed and security. I appreciated not exchanging contact details by till I felt comfortable that I had found the right tutor. I was also very pleasantly surprised to find a tutor so local to me.”
