“very good quick processes”

“Chose first tutors as they had a good selection of local tutors. Found the system fairly simple to use, but did have a few issues with their wording when I wanted to close a request. Sent a query and the admin team responded efficiently and sorted my issues. All tutors were communicative too prior to releasing their full details and have two trials set up with tutors found via the site. Would recommend.”

“I found the system good. I think the concept is great and it helped me find a very good, local and reasonably priced tutor for my son. All is going great. The site was relatively easy to use, but I had a few initial issues with it not sending me back the requisite information to log on. I think that could be improved with a much simpler log in and sign up system. I suppose in order to protect their commission/intro fee, the process of actually getting the details for the tutor is a bit drawn out - but I cannot see how that can be avoided at this state. Otherwise, people would just go behind the back of the company and cut them out. In sum, I have confidence in the site and, when I had issues and contacted First Tutors, someone was back to me within the hour. For me, problems are inevitable and it is how they are sorted out that is the test. And First Tutors passed with flying colours.”
