“I found the process got very confusing and over complicated towards the installation. I requested a quote of guttering and soffits and everything appeared to get lost. They asked the surveyor to take measurements but by his own admission he did not know what he was doing. I had a phone call by the surveyor stating that different windows would need to be installed as the ones quoted for were incorrect and would not fit. Surely the sales guys need to be aware of what they are selling/quoting for?? The installation of the windows went ok. However the roofing in the end was not looked at as apparently I would have had to pay twice for scaffolding as it couldn't be done at the same time as requested and would require different scaffolding. Damage was caused to one on the walls when the window was fitted but with all the hassle and confusion during this process I will recify myself as I am in the service idustry and I am sure when the wall was damaged by hitting it with a replacement window I am sure you would of noticed. However I gather honesty isn't one o your policys. As I said long winded, confusing and poor service would be my over riding opinion unfortunately. I however am still abiding by my end of the agreement however the sign /(which was screwed to my wall without permission and damaged the wall) will be taken down shortly”

“window fitted but had to call service to put it right as it was out of line also had another sals person come round wanted to sell us more windows and a garage door after two hours of saying we did not want any more windows he finally left”

“Fitters very polite work hard A+for cleaning up.David fitted safely bars very polite explained how to use the window locks. Rang customer service twice person out of office, next time in a meeting left messages he said pass on the message didn't get back.”

“1st for home improvements, were very professional , quick, and cleaned up as they go along. They we polite very informative especially the after care ie, making sure how to clean and maintain windows and doors. “We’ve recently had a new conservatory roof fitted by First Home Improvements. This was our second job with First Home and it was carried out just as well as the first one – which was new windows. Gregg Simmons, the salesman, came and explained the details for the new roof and gave us a quote which we accepted. Gregg was friendly and chatty and answered all our questions. A few days later, the surveyor, Craig Marjoram, came and carried out his measurements meticulously, and answered all our questions. Craig was also friendly and chatty. On installation day Lee Parkes and Nick (didn’t get his surname) arrived bright and early, on schedule and started work immediately. They worked hard for the two days they were with us and were great guys. We particularly liked their friendly banter! Lee showed us that one of the roof panels was damaged and explained that he would note it on his paperwork and when the new panel was made, the office would contact us with a fitting date. This did happen and two weeks later Lee returned with the new panel, took out the old one and fitted the new one. It took just over an hour. Again, Lee was great, chatting to us and doing a splendid job. We’re so impressed with First Home - the product, the workmanship and the friendly people, that we’ve ordered our next job, a new back door. We happily give 5 stars and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Home Improvements.”

“Amazing sevice from star to finish the team who did the windows and back door were very curtious pleasant and did a great job .The windows and door look great there was some plaster that had to be replaced and some outside render this was done a few days later.The team who did the plastering were also very profesional and did an amazing job. I have waited many years to change my windows and door I am very happy that I choose First home Improvements and would rate it a 5 stars”
