“The task was to install three windows. I am happy it was done in one day. One window was quite large and the team managed to skillfully lift it in an secure it. The installation team were tidy, and all waste dealt with. I am happy with the appearance of my purchase, it is what I wanted.”

“First install was okay but took so long Second install was good but after sales service very poor got issues with 1 window and new front door which has been reported but no action after 2 months promised more front door keys still not delivered”

“Very smooth process form start to finish. Salesman was friendly and we agreed on a price which they stuck to. The installlaion team were courtesous and polite, and the quality of both the windows and their work was top class. Highly recommened”

“Standard of work and friendliness of the installers was excellent. However, whilst the original salesman was polite and helpful, the sales techniques he was having to employ were like something out of the 1970s! Old fashion and boring. Two and a half hours of our lives that we will never get back. This is NOT a modern and effective sales technique. It needs to be much snappier. As it is it either bullies or bores people into signing up, or turns potential buyers off completely. If the former is intended, then shame on you! Luckily, for First Home Improvements, we recognised that the product was good, otherwise we would have fallen into the latter category. As for the survey, we fail to understand why the physical survey took about 15 minutes and the 'know it all' surveyor then had to spend over an hour in our house writing up his notes. Should he not do this at home or in the office? In short, good product and helpful friendly fitters. Sales and survey methods stink.”

“When First Home Improvements came to see me, I knew instantly that the quality of products and service they were offering was better than anything I had seen previously. The price was reflective of this but I’m so happy I trusted my instincts. “Unbelievable service. Salesmen was brilliant. Survyour was brilliant and went through all the products in details confirming everything the salesmen’s had sold us. Installers were polite professional arrived on time and tidy. Worked through some dreadful weather but completed the install on time. First home improvements you’ve transformed your home with no stress at all. Thank you ❤️”

“Fitted a uPVC vertical sliding windows into my property replacing older standard plastic windows. Installation was fantastic, cleaned up after and really happy with my new windows. They have made so much difference to my property both heat retention and more importantly the look. I am really pleased with what they done.”
