“Recently had three window installed, tradesmen were punctual and professional throughout. I was very pleased that there was no damage to walls during installation. Window are of good quality as explained by the salesman. Very pleased with purchase so far.”

“Installers/fitter team (Husband & Wife) considerate to home property, stairs Hall way & rooms placing dust sheets for footwear accsess. worked well as a team quetly & respectful to each other. kept informed of progress and future visit times during installation over the days required to complete the New Windows installation.”

“No problems installing 2 windows took 4 hours 30 mins the two gentlemen were friendly and hard working and cleaned up everything at the end. The company were easy to talk too and rang us after a couple of days and asked us was everything ok and we're we happy with the job they had done , which we were. we have had no condensation since they put the windows in and the rooms feel a lot warmer now.”

“Really pleased with the windows and the fitting team. The original salesman who came round was also really good, he made all the information clear to us and didn't put any presure on us. The only negative from the entire experience was the tactics that were later used to get another salesman into our house. He was supposedely coming around to check our windows were fitted correctly and then give us a voucher for future work. But what he was actually coming around for was to give us a quote on more work and then pursuade us to buy that very day with a deal that would immediately expire. No window checking took place, no voucher was issued to us. It was a waste of our time, we were not impressed.”

“We recently had Bifold doors installed by First Home Improvements. The doors are beautiful, keep the glare out and are so smooth to operate. The whole experience from initial visit with salesman Jacob, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, to the installation with Simon and Mark which was carried out in a very professional manner. Both were extremely polite and showed respect for our home and furniture. They worked in a clean and tidy manner. Thank you First Home Improvements. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who sees your sign displayed in our front window.”

“Very happy with the installation - guys arrived on time as expected both days, and were very considerate. Also a much tidier job than a previous experience 24 years ago by another company! Windows themselves are great - particularly like the low handle option for persons like me of restricted height! And seems to be doing what they claim (although weather currently is not a particularly good test- roll on winter!)”
