Paid for next day deliver, item did not arrive the next day, when items arrived 2 days later the still had the security tags on one of them, i had to drive 25 miles to my closest flannels shop to get it removed

I brought a vj message bag from the app, when it arrived it was the wrong bag. I emailed the team back and they took three days to respond. When they finally responded they told me the bag was in stock and would I like a refund. I had explained no I would like the bag I ordered. They then took a another day and then told me the bag on the app has been misleading. And the item is not in stock. It’s a shame that flannels have a good rep but then ruined especially when customers are spending money in high end garments. Still waiting for my refund.

Ok think the delivery charge is expensive considering the purchase was over four hundred pounds were most other retailers offer free delivery when spending that amount . Probably won’t by online with them again.

Awful service and non existent support. I emailed support and didn't get a reply, nor do you have a contact number. This is after flannels diverted 2 of my parcels without my consent.

The clothes and going in store is fine however website has no visible customer service number if you need help! No one ever called me back after I messaged online and no one answers the store number - so frustrating

I received my item, which was not as I had expected, the fabric was different from the previous top I had purchased and this was not made clear in the description. I returned the item the same day, having to pay for the return myself. Flannels are unable to tell me if they have received my returned item after (according to my tracking information) 6 days. To be asked to wait 10 working days to have confirmation that a return has been received is far too long. This practice is also counterproductive as we are waiting on our refund before using these funds to make an alternate purchase.

I received an email stating the date my parcel would arrive, this turned out to be incorrect. One of the items I have sent back for a refund, it has been a week now and I am yet to hear back that this refund has been received successfully. This was the first time I had ordered from flannels and has put me off, considering the lack of communication received since sending one of the parcels back.

i have recieved your item and want to return it it says on your website to contact you before something about 14days before i send it back and it does not given any form of a way to contact you to inform you????? and will i get a refund back for paying for a normalll delievery and returning?

I have tried to send a complaint for how I received my goods and had no reply - previously been very happy with my numerous purchases Hi I have received the above order and was really unhappy with how it was packaged I have spent nearly £400 with you and the sunglasses were left open and not even put in between the two t shirts I ordered to protect them , also I was really disappointed that they didn’t come packed on the flannels cover bag - I have ordered from you a number of times and always been pleased with the service- I have pictures if you need to see how poor the packaging was . Box was battered and front was torn off like it was from an outlet shop. Right shoe had indentations on the sole. Kept them because they were half price
