“I ordered a bouquet delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday on the online store and the bouquet doesn’t look like the one ordered and the description doesn’t match. The saddest part is that I couldn’t fix it because it was delivered directly to her address. I’m not even talking that it was a day later than scheduled. The dissatisfaction is over beyond. The support agreed to refund me 50% and on my explanation why it’s not working for me they don’t respond anymore.”

Our florist partner and our team agreed to refund 50% of the price paid to make up for the size disparity. “I have used floom on a number of occasions now and they have been great every single time. On one occasion they even helped me rectify a delivery that arrived later than it was originally scheduled for and when I contacted Floom they helped me resolve it immediately! Would definitely recommend”

“It seems the flowers arrived as required on time but there was a mix up on the recipients end.. when I talked to said recipient and she described the product, I was very disappointed with the size of the arrangement ( " fit in a small mug " ) and the MISLEADING photo on YOUR website!! To add insult to your charge AND unwarranted tax ( I am NOT in NY State ) my card was charged an additional bogus $3 from some floom London !!! Very disconcerting, will not use or recommend you again.. Outraged. Terry Walsh”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered and they never showed up. Even their tracking system says so. 2 days later I’m still going back and forth with their service team without a refund. Honestly the worst experience and I will absolutely not recommend this business.”

“This was my first experience using Floom. The website was easy to navigate and place an order (from outside the UK). The flowers arrived in perfect condition and were greatly appreciated. The only problem I had was that there were so many amazing bouquets to choose from, I had a very difficult time picking one. I will definitely use Floom again!!!”

“I placed my order late at night for next-day delivery and the flowers arrived in excellent condition and as per my kind request to have them reach before 3pm! I'm very impressed with the quality of the flowers (which looked almost identical to the advert) and the excellent service. Would highly recommend!”
