My first and last time ordering from your store was a disappointing experience. First of all, why can't I make an order for a specific time? It's a basic feature for a flower store! Instead, I had to wait all day, guessing when my flowers would be delivered. Secondly, it was impossible to talk to a representative. I tried calling all day, but for some reason, they were always busy. When I sent a birthday flower to my friend, I wanted her to receive it in the morning. However, it was delivered at 5 pm when she wasn't even home. Instead of a pleasant surprise, I was nervous and didn't receive what I expected.

Hi Alina, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I'm sorry your were disappointed with the delivery time and were unable to reach us on the phone, you can always reach out via live chat or email if the phones are busy. Our standard delivery window is between 10am and 6pm as shown on your receipt and when placing the order, and unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery times. Our florists are encouraged to plan their delivery routes in the most efficient and environmentally friendly way therefore we can't guarantee a specific delivery window.

I am so disappointed! I ordered flowers for my daughter and they we couldn't find them. I reached out four times (left two voice messages and contacted you customer care department and never heard back. We found them late last night in the mail delivery room in a smashed box...that clearly was damages by the delivery person. Some of the flowers are damaged. Im most disappointed that noone contacted me back. (Order # 6b69812)

Advertised a delivery date that was never possible. Which ruined birthday plans. Customer service proceeded to gaslight and lie. Refund failed till I kept messaging them asking where it was. Awful service - better of going directly to the florist than using unreliable middle man.

Flowers were ordered for same day delivery. Never arrived. The email support was quick and responsive though, and they have promised a refund.

We needed to change the delivery address, but the automated bot did not provide useful information and no one answered the phone number provided despite multiple attempts. So in the end our very expensive flowers were delivered to the wrong person.

Hi there and thanks so much for getting in touch! We generally do not allow address changes within 48 hours of delivery due to the many many moving parts of flower delivery. If the address change had been sent in before that point, it absolutely would have been picked up by our wonderful team! As it stands we do ask customers to triple-check addresses because an address change can cause all kinds of complications that florists can not handle. Kind regards, Floom

The flowers we received were awful. Not only did the bouquet look nothing like the picture ordered, the flowers were actually closed. This despite me emphasizing that this was for my wife's bridal bouquet - an incredibly special occasion that was almost ruined.

My flowers were substituted at the last minute for a different kind I didn’t want. Then they didn’t deliver at all. No one is ever answering the phone. All done via chat. Considering all they do is deliver flowers it’s a bit of a farce. Sure they’ll have some amazing excuse but honestly if you want to be sure your flowers get there go direct to a local florist.
