“Having read some of the reviews about this company I was doubtful about placing an order. However, I went ahead and sent for the article I had admired on their website, but, unfortunately I had to return said product as the fit was unsuitable for me. I completed the 'request to return form' and a response was received by return. From then on my problem was dealt with in a very professional way by the staff, and to my satisfaction, resulting in a full refund going straight into my bank. Thank you Floryday.”

“I ordered the Geometric shift dress it arrived today and I’m delighted with it . Lovely autumn /winter weight and great colours. Having read other reviews on this company after I had ordered was very nervous as many were not good . I have no complaints .”

“I hesitated to order when I read online reviews but I needn’t have worried! Dress was absolutely perfect and amazing quality! It was exactly as shown and described and dispatched really fast! I received my order very quickly! Amazing dress and would definitely order from them again! 5 star!”

“My experience with this company was FANTASTIC! I recived my order in a timely fashion (as expected when ordering outside of the US) and the dress is just as beautiful as the picture and the quality of the fabric is very good as well! Nothing but good vibes from this girl! Will DEFINATELY be purchasing from them again!”

“Took a bit longer than expected to ship but item arrived exactly as it appears online, good fabric and embroidery detail, and sizing seems fine. I enquired about shipping delay and they got back to me quickly. So I'm very happy with the service”

“Dear Floryday, I just ordered one of your dresses for my son’s wedding and I loved it!!! Exactly as the dress shown in your website. Your measurements are a big help when it comes to picking the right dress and size. Service was fast and on time. I’m going to look gorgeous for his wedding in CanCun, Mexico. “Have had nothing but trouble trying to get a refund for an item they will try anything not to give you a refund logging in is a nightmare am still trying to get this refund wish I had read the review before I had ordered never again”

“I ordered a dress in the sale..it came within the week,looks exactly as it did on the photo,fits perfectly.Im glad I didn’t see these reviews before I ordered or I wouldn’t had gone ahead with purchase.Sorry about these dissatisfied customers but obviously they do get it right sometimes.”

“Loved the service and the dress I ordered from FloryDay! It was too long for a 5ft 4in person and have to admit it was difficult to find a seamstress/dressmaker that would rehem a handkerchief hemline. Was able to work that out and it was ready for my sons wedding, but the flower down the middle didn’t look right. My dressmaker said she’d have the remake the entire dress to place the top of the flower just beneath the bust. Next time would take heed of the models height vs mine.”

“I was very pleased with the 2 blouses I bought, delivered within 10 days, packing was excellent. I had no problems at all with this company, although I was worried about the order after reading some of the reviews, AFTER I had placed my order! Thank you for the blouses, I shall use you again!”

“I had to cancel my order right on the following day I made my purchase, because my daughter changed her mind. The order was intended for her. I asked the customer service for a refund. Within 7-14 days as they promised, they issued a refund to my account. I have a good experienced with all the customer representatives I got in to contact by email. They were polite and they did what they promised to do. They always replied to my emails within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you all !”
