“While initially irritated with auto reply regarding delivery of goods, this was quickly rectified by the use of on line chat and being directed to cutomer service. Goods arrived promptly after this conversation minus the item they were apparently waiting for. The payment for this item was swiftly refunded. I am very pleased with the clothes and cannot understand some comments over poor quality material. My dresses were all made of very good, strong natural cotton and the size perfect for me. This is not the first time that I have bought from Floryday and again was satified with first purchase. Thankyou”

“I love my dresses from Floryday. They did take about 3 weeks to arrive but they were worth the wait. Both fit well, are very comfortable to wear and look really nice - I've had lots of compliments!”

“I saw this dress online and fell in love with it. I read the reviews for this company and they were not brilliant. I decided to take a chance as I loved the dress and the price was worth the risk. When the dress arrived, within a week, I was not disappointed. The dress is beautiful. I tried it on and my daughter said she almost cried as it was so beautiful. I am planning to wear the dress for my son's wedding next year. I am so pleased I didn't take any notice of the bad reviews and I can't wait to wear the dress!”

“Ordered 2 dresses cant fault sizes spot on dilvered when said and no problem returning unwanted dress with full refund would shop here again everyone commented on my dress as it was unusual and diffrent from normal shop dresses.”

“Was a bit nervous of ordering but went ahead anyway, took just over two weeks to arrive, 4 dresses, all beautiful and all fit perfectly, I am a standard 12 and ordered a 12 so perfect. Material isn’t the best in the work, it’s very thin cotton but what do you expect for £30/40. Not sure what their refund policy would be like but I’m very happy 👍”

“I got two dresses. Checked size charts and fit was fine. Somewhat disappointed in fabric, but it is ok. I receive many compliments. Service included a chat before I ordered, and it was fine. No problems with delivery. I am now looking at shoes!”

“Having read some reviews I was gutting having just ordered £160 worth of shoes and clothing!! Realising they were coming from China I resigned myself to at least a 30day wait before panicking completely. I ordered my stuff on the 2nd June and they arrived today 11th June. I am not disappointed at all. The sandals and boots are lovely and dresses are better quality than I expected. I paid the standard delivery fee. I am ecstatic they arrived and everything was packaged beautifully.”

“Well I must be one of the lucky ones..ordered two dresses..at a few weeks apart.Received both and not unhappy with either..in fact have received nice compliments on both. The second dress (which is quite colorful) would have been perfect if made out of something al little more heavy like guaze.Dress is made out of transparent lightweight nylon.Luckily I have the perfect undergarment to wear with. So if you order keep this in mind..the material could be something other then what it appears in picture as it seems this may be the case.”

“I ordered 2 dresses a couple of years ago and they were to small, floryday replaced them with no problem. I have recently ordered another dress but was getting a little concerned after reviews, but it arrived today just as the picture and lovely material although I am a size 12/14 but did have to order a large. I have read many negative reviews but I can only go on my own experience”

“Floryday. Do not buy anything from this company. The dress I brought April 9th is still not here as of last day of April. I have text them still no help why can't you talk with them? DO Not Buy From These People!!!!!!!!!”
