Do not order from this disgusting company. I cannot believe the horrible way they have acted concerning mistakes made on my order. I ordered a completely white, peaceful bouquet in a basket for my sister who just lost her baby. Without contacting me or even letting me know, they substituted the flowers and delivered a rainbow bouquet that was about as opposite as can be from what I ordered. I immediately contacted them concerning the wrong delivery. You'd think they would send the correct flowers or refund me or something with an apology... But no. They inform me they would only EXCHANGE the bouquet. So take flowers away from the grieving person I sent them to?! I asked for a refund instead but they said they would still go take away the bouquet to do that. I have never experienced such horrible service. I'm truly disgusted. The person (Lisa) I talked to was so unapologetic and rude.

They cancelled my order at the last minute after I had already paid for it. They would not substitute, or offer anything in return for the cancellation. Will be using a different flower company from now on

They canceled my entire $300 order 5 minutes before closing for the day. They had the order for 10 hours and did nothing to fulfill it. Only after I called to inquire did they take action. I was notified of the cancellation by email. Aside From a refund, they did nothing to make this right. I’ll never try them again. 1800 flowers all the way!!!

DO NOT order flowers through this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's 70th birthday, and the informed me at the very last minute that they were unable to make the delivery. I few hour later I received an email stating my order was canceled. I read to the Better Business Bureau website that customers were not receiving refunds from this company so I resorted to disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

Ripped me off. I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday. They never came. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone . They lied to my bank and told them they delivered them. REPORTED TO BBB.

I paid more than $100 to get this bouquet delivered. I paid for the “premium” version that is supposed to be two times better than the “as shown” option. Turns out the bouquet they made is not even reaching the expectations of the “as shown” picture/option. I contacted their Customer Service and they told me that according to their policy, the bouquet has been made of equal value as the one shown on the website. Will order from small business from now on, that was a lesson enough. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE.

Ordered and paid for overnight delivery. Epic fail. No flowers so ‘cancelled’ 3 days later. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! There’s a reason why the BBB investigated!!! :(

I wish I could rate lower!!! I put in a Saturday order for Sunday delivery..paid over $80. So far, 2 days late and counting! Don't try to call, line always says they are closed!!! Will never use again! Ruined mother in law birthday weekend!!!

Terrible business they ruined my anniversary gift to my wife of 34 years. They appear in ad to be local and couldn’t deliver I only got canned reaponse after complaining about no delivery

I have tried calling multiple times and phone tree loops. I have sent contact form with no answer. I can't get a delivery confirmation on my order which I am 99%sure it wasn't delivered. Probably will contact BBB

Do Not Order from this Company!! I ordered flowers on Tuesday to be delivered any time Wednesday. When I didn't hear anything by that evening, I tried getting in touch with someone, but just got a recording saying if you don't hear anything, it is on schedule. I finally talked to someone in sales (they had no access to my actual order but could contact the florist) and about 10 pm I got an email saying my order couldn't be created. They had over a day to determine this and yet waited until I tracked them down and it was too late to fix. Never use this service - you will be disappointed!

Spent $100+ on an elaborate arrangement. What was delivered was completely different and just some generic arrangement of cheap flowers stuck in a cheap vase. I contacted them within their window with a complaint, as their website says they’ll refund or replace. Customer service basically said that they have the right to make substitutions. Why even show pictures to pick from if you’re gonna deliver whatever you want?

Horrible experience that is still ongoing...never got the flowers I ordered and still after 2 1/2 weeks no refund. They basically are just theives with no integrity.

I am so embarrassed, I would never give this arrangement to someone. The picture looked amazing and was standard size, I PAID for PREMIUM. Mine wasn't even standard and it was $100. I would never, ever use them for your floral needs. I am also unable to get ahold of customer service as well. No one will take my call, and I demand a refund. I will go buy them at the store.

I purchased some flowers on flowershopp.com And I paid for the premium bouquet over $100. I’m going to add a picture of what I ordered and what I received. Absolutely they were only willing to give me a small percentage off my bill not acceptable. I would’ve never purchased anything that look like this. I asked them to send new flowers and send me a picture prior to them being delivered and they said that wasn’t

Paid for delivery by noon, delivered at 1:50 pm. Flowers weren't even close to what I ordered, contacted several times and they said they would give me $5 credit for being late on future order. Regarding the flowers not being close they said they are allowed to substitute and were the freshest available on that day. They say they will credit my card with 20% discount. Still not happy with what I received. Will never buy from them again. Beware! I ordered the Purple and the other photo is what they sent.
