“From California, I ordered flowers in the morning and they arrived the same day in Vancouver Cañada. My family had suffered a loss. A terrible sad day was made brighter with your very pretty healthy flowers. Thanks so much.”

“I had an issue with an order. It wasn’t really the Flower Shopping companies fault though. Just miscommunication between florists maybe. Anyway I emailed Flowershopping.com and they fixed the problem for me. The delivery ended up being a little later than expected but when it was delivered it was like over the top and done so well! They were very helpful and courteous the whole time! I highly recommend”

“My Mom in Victoria, went into hospital, and I’m in Edmonton, AB and they were very Helpful. I ordered their special and added a Mylar balloon and a small stuffy. My parents sent me their photo in hospital.”

“"Biggest Rip-Off Ever: Awful Bouquet and Shameless Service!" The bouquet was awful, both in size and color. The number of flowers and their color combination were completely off. It was nothing like what I ordered, and honestly, it was a disaster. It ruined my wife’s birthday. Some of the flowers were completely closed, and when I emailed them about it, they said the flowers would open within 3 days. That’s unacceptable! I feel like I’ve been robbed.”

“This place is a joke! I ordered a premium product and paid $150! It is so small and the only thing the same as the picture was the colour yellow so mad!!! They offered 25% back but don’t think I’ll even see that! The “vase” they used looks like it’s from the dollar store! DO NOT BUY from them!!!!”

“I ordered flowers for a funeral. Left instructions for them to be there at 10:45. They got there at 12:45 when the service was almost over the vase looks like it came from a garage sale and there was four roses in it and they were dying, and the other flowers were droopy. 113.00”

“Not only did they not deliver same day, it is now 4 days later and still not delivered. Also, when I called they told me the only way to contact them was by messaging, the person on the phone could not help me with my order. They have my money and have not delivered the flowers and I can't call them to check on my order. Very very very poorly run business.”

“We were sending flowers to a grieving family who just lost their dad. Flowers were charged to our account but the never were delivered. I have sent 2 messages but got no response. They say they are a family company but they don't seem to care about their customers. I would never buy flowers from this company. I would add a photo or video but they never received them. I do have a screenshot of my order and showing they charged me $91.06. They didn't have any problem taking our $$. So disappointed 👎😡”

“terrible experience. did not complete the delivery in a timely manner I paid for. Then was told things would be handled with the up most importance until they delivered the wrong flowers. The gave me a run around and getting ahold of customer service is terrible. I would never recommend this company. There sales team is incompetent and rude. When I was told several different things by representatives none have happened. Terrible business process”

“It was a day late. What was purchased was nothing like what was delivered. I was a 1st time customer and it’s asking in the beginning for a review. I gave 3 stars cause nothing was done at that point. Actually asked me to change it. All together cost was 75 dollars. This is not a good company. I will never use them again.”

“This place is terrible and I regret using them to send flowers to a friend. First they did not deliver on the day that the order was placed even though it was within the same day delivery window, then when the flowers got delivered the following day, the arrangement looked like the cheapest, laziest version of what I actually ordered. It looked NOTHING like the picture and I’m very disappointed in them.”

“I ordered a small bouquet of flowers for my granddaughter. They were $36 and very pretty in the ad. Look on their page for the ones called "what a treat" deluxe. Then look at the picture of what she actually got. AND it wasn't until today that I saw there was a $20 delivery charge. So I paid $56 for that junk. I could have driven them an hour away to her myself for flowers/gas a lot less than that. what a joke.”

“I love in Memphis, TN. My best friend resided in Phoenix, AZ. She died last month (February) and unfortunately, I couldn't attend her memorial. I told her daughter I would send flowers. Purple was the color requested. I found a beautiful arrangement on the website called Dreaming Of Roses. They came in a purple vase. I ordered the day before the service. What was delivered was an assortment of TULIPS! Of course I was VERY upset and tried frantically to reach customer service to no avail. The daughter gave me a pic of the little cal florist that fulfilled the order. Upon speaking with the lady, she said there must have been a mixup. The replacement arrangement was STILL not what I ordered! I put in a complaint earlier this week and have yet to hear from anyone. I'm so hurt because I couldn't be there to say my final goodbye to my best friend and the flowers were such a disappointment! I wouldn't order through this service again if my life depended on it!!”
