“The order was scheduled for delivery to a funeral service . I provided specific instructions for the flowers to be delivered before the service time, to ensure they were present for this important and emotional occasion. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered as instructed, and they did not arrive in time for the service. This was not only deeply disappointing but also distressing, given the nature of the event and the importance of the gesture.”

“We live in another state and we are so happy 😃 that we found a business that was willing to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement to Mom”s Grave. They sent us 4 photos of the flowers on the grave. We will definitely be using them throughout the year. We appreciate the care which they handled it. Thank you 🙏”

“Paid for rush delivery before 12pm. Called at 2:50pm. Customer service representative Kyle lied and told me I did not pay for rush delivery and there was nothing he could do. The arrangement would be delivered in a few hours. I Called back once I located the confirmation e-mail and spoke to a female. She acknowledged that I paid for rush delivery after putting me on hold multiple times. At the end of the day they did not care and only offered a refund after I raised my voice and used profane language.”

“My wife did love the flowers. That said, I must add that that your driver did not either ring the bell or call me, the flowers were just dropped off in front of the garage several hours later than expected. This was your “Premium Selection” and phone calls were not returned and I expected somewhat better service.”

“A total rip off! The flowers that were delivered were NOT what I purchased according to the image. Some of the flowers were even dying! Like seriously, would they give their own mother that sh*t on her birthday?! I have attached pictures so you too can see how much they're NOT the right flowers. There's no basket, no butterflies, not even the flowers are the same!. I already filed a complaint. These were delivered TODAY! and today I am posting this review. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE AGAIN!”

“My son had to say goodbye to his sweet dog, so I ordered a basket of fruits etc with a stuffed puppy inside. They said the basket was wonderful and looked scrumptious. They weren’t able to deliver Sunday on 3/2 as I hoped, but it was there the next day.”

“This company delivered the most beautiful basket of very fresh, fragrant flowers to my sister-in-law in Arizona. I was so skeptical and afraid to order this way, and I was very pleasantly surprised. They did the most wonderful job.”

“Did not receive what was ordered. The comment for the ribbon did not contain all the wording it should have and the most important one missing sympathy. It made me feel as though I was sending it to someone still alive and not deceased. Highly dissatisfied. Never expected this to happen at a time such as a funeral. 😬”

“I loved the selection offered and several very unique arrangements that I had never seen before. Placing the order was super easy and the communication from when they received the order until it was delivered was amazing! Truly, this company is very customer focused. No issues whatsoever. “On Tuesday at 9 am we placed an order for some flowers for a coworker whose sister had passed away a few days earlier, with the note that we need the flowers before 3:30 on Wednesday, because at that time our coworker was leaving. We started calling at 1:42 pm and the service we received was horrible. They are an intermediary between local flower shops and customers, no one knew anything, they said they would pass the message on to customer service and that someone would call us, which never happened. Those who answer the phone are people from other countries because of the accent when they spoke in English. Finally, someone answered saying he was a local, not a foreigner. He refused to give us the flower shop's phone number, but called the driver, who said he would deliver the flowers between 4 and 5 pm., WHAT? no one will be at the office at that time, so no solution, no supervisor, nothing. First and last time to use that horrible service, my recommendation to go directly to your local flower shop.”

“Wish I would have researched reviews before purchasing. 3 days late on an order where I paid same day service. Cannot get anyone to help me! I have called and created a ticket and emailed their customer service department. I am livid. Pathetic company.”

“Do not use. Ordered flowers said they were delivered but were not. Then called and they couldn't give update on order or even cancel order so had to dispute with credit card company.”

“I ordered flowers for a sick family member. What she received was not even close to what I ordered and in no way comparable. The florist they used claimed they were comparable, see pics and judge for yourself. -10 stars is my rating”
