To confirm I'm a real customer, my order Number is 3839732 . Please, Never use this company !! I's fraudulent. My story is attached: I ordered 18 roses and only 12 were delivered !!!! They added a stuffed animal which I didn't order (an 80 year old woman doesn't want a stuffed animal !!!!) ... and doesn't make up for the 6 less roses'!!! Additionally, and more importantly, I confirmed the delivery date of 5/25/24 on 5/20/24 (it was delivered today 5/24) but when they called last minute on 5/24/24 to say 5/25 was not possible for delivery, I told them I'd be OK with a change of delivery if they could change the written message (and I gave them the changes)...none of which happened !!! I also tried to cancel the order when told the delivery date had been changed but was told that was not possible because the order was already "out for delivery" (it wasn't delivered until 5 hours later, and the shop it was delivered from was less than 2 miles from the delivery point). Ridiculous!!! This company is a fraud, and a scam! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, will never use you again. I will also voice my displeasure with as many social media platforms as I can. If you were a legitimate company you'd provide a full refund.

AS a note, this is copy and paste from another review as i had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. order was not delivered and I will be requesting a full refund, as I am very disappointed in your service. After reaching out to you several times and being reassured of the delivery before my wife left work. Also reaching out to her for an home delivery an never received the delivery. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU ALL.” the post asked for photos to upload to this review, unfortunately WE don't have any.

First and last time I’ll use this site for flower delivery. Friend of mine was grieving a family loss and having a 15th wedding anniversary all in the same week. She needed some encouragement, so I sent her flowers. It was in Shafter, CA and needed same day delivery service. I couldn’t use my normal contacts so I looked online to see what company was available. Online reviews seemed good, so I used flowershopping.com. The process of ordering was easy and they confirmed same day delivery. Got an auto email saying “it was delivered or it was soon to be delivered”. Very vague. The recipient reached out to me asking if I sent the flowers because there was no name listed, just a note. Strike 1, the recipient didn’t even know it came from me. That made me nervous thinking she got another arrangement, so I sent her a pic of the note I wrote and of the flower arrangement selected. She said the note matched but the arrangement didn’t look the same and sent a pic. To my surprise, it was no where near the flowers I picked out. It looked like scraps were put together with some sad roses and carnations. I immediately sent it to customer service thinking it’s the florists fault that they are contracted with. After 6 days of back and forth calling and emailing with customer service, showing proof from all angles of the arrangement, they said the florist made substitutes but it falls in line with what I purchased. They said they’d be willing to give me 15% off the product price for my unhappiness. They offered me less than $10 to try to make me happy! Unbelievable! I said I wanted a full refund of the price of the arrangement but they can keep the delivery fee since that was completed correctly. All they countered with was 20% off the product price. I am never using them again and hope this review helps the next person from unnecessary pain.

They didn't deliver the flowers on my wife's birthday as was promised, then it was promised the next day and we still didn't get it until 5 days later. Very poor service.

Ordered on May 17, 2024. I went with them because it said family owned as I did not want to order from an online kind of business. Well, that is what this is...online dispatching. I ordered a day ahead for my mom's 70th birthday. She waited all day long as she did not want the Las Vegas heat to kill them if they just left them on her door. I requested a 9am-2pm delivery time. The driver did not show up until 8:30pm at night, and my mom did not get to go to her dinner she had planned. No where on their site does it mention night delivery. It's really unacceptable otherwise because I never would have chose them had that been the case. They did reach out 3 days later after complaining about it, but all they offered was a 10% discount and said they cannot guarantee delivery times. So, because I find their site deceptive, and their customer service weak, I give them one star.

Worst experience ever! Delivery was 2 days late, 75% of the arrangement I chose had been replaced with red roses even though it was a tropical arrangement. Customer service just sold me a bunch of excuses topped with a refusal to do anything at all for me.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! My wife’s Mother’s Day flowers never arrived. I have tried to reach out, but no one will get back to me. This place is a joke. I want my money back and I can’t get a hold of anybody.

Horrible!!! Not even close to what I ordered for my mom for Mother’s Day! So expensive and won’t give me a full refund minus shipping charge?! How is this place still in business?! How?!?! Shame on them!!!

Poor service and no response to my inquiries. Flowers were for my wife's birthday and mothers day as they are the same. Ordered 2 days in advance while they say these were available for same day delivery and still couldn't get the job done. Then asked questions through the website about getting a refund and nothing! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They promised to fill this and deliver Saturday, failed to fill it. Promised it would be delivered today and lo and behold.......no flowers......I've emailed them to cancel my order, but looking at all the one star reviews ahead of me on this website it looks like I'm going to be waiting a while for that refund.

Terrible. They never answer both phone and email. Just took the money and won’t respond. I even paid the extra fee for it to be delivered for Mother’s Day and nothing. I will never shop here again and I will make sure to tell everyone not to shop here. My mom never received her flowers on Mother’s Day, extremely disappointing

No stars!!!!!! I just graduated and my aunt bought me flowers. She said they were delivered and I never got flowers. I checked with my neighborhood and no one received flowers. Per checking the cameras within my area and street, no flowers were even seen to be delivered on my street. If we don't get a refund I will submit a complaint for fraud. This is not how anyone should do business and if a person takes time out of their day to pay for someone they care for to receive flowers for whatever occasion, they should receive them!!!

BUYER BEWARE: No delivery, no follow up, no call backs, no answers... Just took the money and incredibly hard to get a hold of them. I get it mothers day is a crazy holiday. But they totally dropped the ball. they have good google reviews but you can tell; there fake reviews. No stars. Do some research guys and make sure to shop local. its worth another $10 or $20 to have the better customer service and to know that your helping out a community member.

You don’t even deserve one star! You delivered flowers in Arizona without notifying recipient with Eve a knock on the door. There was absolutely no water in the vase and the flowers were all dead. You also only delivered half the flowers that were ordered. This is unacceptable. It looked like someone went to a grocery store nought old flowers and a vase and stuck them on the porch! Photo shows what was ordered and what was delivered. Shame on you!

I have used this website twice to order flowers for my mother, both times the order has been cancelled without my knowledge with the transaction still on my account. I had ordered a bouquet last year 05 May, that was cancelled without my knowledge and when I re-ordered the bouquet was delivered days later than the specified date. This year 10 May, I ordered a bouquet since I am stationed in Okinawa and not able to see my mother but maybe once a year. I received no confirmation email, there was no tracking information on my account, the transaction stood on my account, and when I called customer service they told me the order had been cancelled because they didn’t have enough florists. They made no effort to inform me. I am greatly disappointed by this website, I was counting on this bouquet because I don’t get to see my mother almost ever and it’s the one way I could’ve given her a happy Mother’s Day. The lack of communication and customer service should make this review less than one star.

I ordered the premium bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. I paid 116 dollars. I received a tiny vase with a small handful of flowers. The company Meme’s florist, Corinth told me it was a 40 dollar order. My reciept said I paid 116 dollars. My wife deserves better on Mother’s Day. What a disappointment. I asked for a Mother’s Day delivery and received the flowers on Saturday.
