In January 2025 I ordered the "Enchanted Evening" arrangement for a memorial celebration of a lady who had passed at 99 years of age. Service was in Knoxville,TN, yet FlowerShopping chose D. Garden florist in Sevierville, TN as the supplier. The memorial was held on what would have been her 100th birthday. I was quite disappointed that the created arrangement did not resemble the one that was ordered. As a wire service FlowerShopping seems to have a major problem in communicating with the florists they choose to replicate a specific floral arrangement. So called "recipes" of the number of flowers/stems to include does not equate to the likeness of an ordered arrangement. It's quite disheartening to deal with a company that feels their disclaimer absolves them of any responsibility or wrongdoing. I sent a letter to the company CEO in Nevada, but never received a response. The entire situation sheds a very poor light on this company. Suggest anyone considering using FlowerShopping to do business elsewhere.

Trash. I ordered an arrangement called “Madly in Love Roses Bouquet. Paid for the Premium Version. I got a horrible arrangement and nothing close..

I never received my order nor have I ever received a refund. I made several attempts to speak to customer service. This might be the worst company I've ever dealt with. Complete scam

do not order from them. I ordered a beautiful Valentines bouquet with roses and white flowers so red and white with a red vase and I got six crappy flowers that are rotted in the middle and already fallen apart completely different colors. It’s the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen.

Flowers looked wilted, ordered flowers with Jesus & got a cross instead when I was told for sure I would get Jesus!! Worst flowers ever!! My first time buying here & definitely my LAST!! Would NEVER recommend this place!!!

I’m only giving a two star rating because my fiance recieved the card and the flowers. But it wasn’t the flowers in the pic that I ordered. Also I got her a bunch of balloons , the largest bear and largest box of chocolate that she didn’t receive. Customer service sucks. It doesn’t even exist. I just want my refund back cause I didn’t get what I paid for

Ordered a saturday morning, paid extra for a saturday delivery that never arrived, were Monday 16:40 and still nothing. Called 3 times today, the persons who answered me told me that the only thing they could do is write a ticket to customer services, nobody never called me back. Worst service ever!

I could not even order. They have 260 characters limit for a message - I spent 30 mins calling their customer support. If it is so bad even before you order - I have no idea how bad their service is.

Do not order from this company. After my recipient told me yesterday that they tried to deliver but weren’t home I have reached out twice by phone and the number they give you tells you they can’t help you, but will send a ticket to customer service. After getting a reply saying they are sorry via email from cs ( no phone call mind you) and that they will try to redeliver, but it is 3:00 the following day and they still can’t tell me anything. I will never use them again!

Poorest customer service. They took payment for an order then cancelled as they don't deliver in that area I was told. Why would your website allow an address to any area you do not cover?! They took payment from me, they cancelled they order and I've been waiting 5+ days now for my refund. It I could give 0 stars I would

I ordered two types of balloons and neither type of received. The flowers looked like they were dying. I will not recommend this company nor use this company again. Terrible experience.

I am mad at myself because I checked for review after being scammed. I ordered the flowers on January 30 to be delivered on February 1 before or at the beginning of the viewing at the funeral home. I asked a family member of they saw the flower from the picture after the whole funeral. They said no. I called customer service past 1 PM and never received a call back. How inconsiderate you can be.

I paid for same day delivery and my recipient never received it! What is the point of paying for same day delivery if they are unable to execute this.

This company makes substitutions and do not inform the paying customer that they are NOT sending what you paid for. My daughter inlaw birthday arrangement was delivered on New Years Eve and it was not an arrangement designed to be a "form of gift box", but instead a plain flower arrangement in a clear glass vase was delivered. They never informed me of the substitution. We live 600 miles away from each other. I often send flowers to family members. My daughter sent a photo of the flowers and this is how I found out about their substitution. I asked for them to correct their mistake or refund me. They offered to give me 25 percent refund, I have not received this refund. I selected this company because they are located near her home and I intended to use them for her during holidays and special occasions. I will never order from this company again. Very unprofessional as well.

Never got flowers delivered to funeral home for funeral. How cruel and inconsiderate can you be!!! They should be out of business. They are frauds! Thank goodness I got a refund and my credit card company alerted. Do not use go with FTD at least you will get tracking and e-mails on status plus a receipt.
