“I ordered this premium flower spray for a friend's funeral. Being a "Spray" arrangement I paid the extra to have the flowers delivered on the day of the wake at the funeral home anytime before 3PM,to be sure the flowers were fresh. I was informed via email that my arrangement was delivered a day early. I was unhappy, but willing to accept this as long as the arrangement was satisfactory. I attended the wake last night, & 1/2 of the flowers were dead, & the other half were wilting. It was not good, and highly embarrassing. Website customer service denied refund. Do yourself a favor, & go elsewhere”

“Placed an order for same day delivery. Flowers weren't delivered, no phone call, text or email. I paid extra for delivery. Called to cancel order or ask for a refund, I so for have had no luck with getting my money back. Horrible customer service and business!! I wish i would have read reviews first!! Trying to get my money back that at this point I consider stolen. NO product delivered and defiantly didn't happen in the time frame i paid for! Please don't buy from them !”

“Order flowers for our 47th anniversary on the 15th of May to ne delivered on the 18th. NOTHING!! No flowers! No call! Nothing! I paid extra for a Sunday delivery! I did notice that they do not allow anyone to post a review on their website so the reviews must be screened and posted themselves! I filled out their contact page. Let's see if they respond!”

“I’m based in Calgary, and my Director urgently needed same-day flower delivery for a dinner in Vancouver. After a quick search, this was the only service I found that could deliver on such short notice. I placed the order right away without checking the reviews—only to read them afterwards and start panicking about the quality. To my surprise, the delivery driver called within an hour to clarify an issue with the address, and then sent me a photo of the arrangement once it was delivered. While the flowers didn’t exactly match the online photo, the bouquet still looked nice—especially considering the last-minute nature of the request. In the end, I was relieved and grateful that everything came together as needed.”

“I ordered an arrangement specifically for the vase it came with, I paid over $125 for the arrangement, a medium size stuffed animal and an I love you balloon! What was delivered was NOT what I ordered!!!! It came from Albertsons and was an I am thinking of you balloon which they said was the same sentiment! I do not think so!!!!! The vase was wrong and the stuffed animal was not worth $25!!! I attempted to have them fix this but was told it was fine. I will NEVER order from here again and I will let everyone I know how terrible their service is and customer service or lack there of!!!!”

“I bought my Mom flowers for Mother's Day and she was very happy with them. The arragement was perfect and she loved the basket the flowers where in. They where very quick about delivering them. I also got ballons with my order. They where from the 7 fur babies and that made my Mom"s day. Once agian thank you for both mine and my mom's day wonderful”

“My experience with Flowershopping.com was extremely disappointing and the customer service was very bad. I live out of state and order Mother's Day flowers for my sister. We lost our mom and only have each other. One attached photo is what was ordered, the other is what was delivered. When I reached out the to customer service for support, I was basically told too bad the florist stands behind their work. Well the work is horrible! Worst experience I have had and horrible customer service.”

“I placed an order on May 4, 2025, to be delivered on May 12, 2025. They charged me extra $10, saying 5/12 was a day after Mother's Day. I paid a "Rush Fee" to get the flower delivered by noon on May 12. It is now 5 pm on May 12, and the flower has not been delivered yet. I spoke with a staff on the phone but am not sure if or when the flower will be delivered. Extremely frustrating.”

“I ordered the “Dazzling Dahlia” premium bouquet from FlowerShopping.com for over $120 as a special Mother’s Day gift. My mom’s favorite flower is the dahlia — it’s the entire reason I chose this bouquet. What she received? A generic bouquet of cheap zinnias. Not a single dahlia in sight. I contacted customer service expecting them to fix the mistake. Instead, I was quickly brushed off. No refund, no partial credit, not even an apology. Their excuse? They say they can “substitute based on availability and value.” But substituting premium dahlias with inexpensive zinnias is NOT equivalent — it’s a bait-and-switch. This feels fraudulent. The product is advertised using a specific premium flower in the name, but they deliver something entirely different and of lesser value. That’s dishonest. If you care about getting what you actually paid for, or want to send a meaningful gift, do NOT use FlowerShopping.com. There are much better and more trustworthy options out there.”

“Flowers were order on a Wednesday for a Thursday-Sunday with preference on Sunday. Saturday night I get an email the order is delayed until Monday. On Sunday I get an email that they canceled my flower order for Mother’s Day! Terrible service! Still waiting on a refund!”

“Wow is all I can say. The gentleman who helped me order this over the phone was lovely. iPhone them and the night before and it was delivered the next morning very impressed how fast it was done and how beautiful the bouquet of flowers looks and the price was reasonable.”

“Ordered flowers for same day delivery (with a flex of that day up to two days later) - flowers were not delivered on the date requested so sent an email that said I would get a response within 24hrs. Next day, past the 24hr mark, still had not heard so called customer service. It was past hours for service but the person on the phone still created a ticket for me. Got an email response within an hour (interesting...) asking what I would like done. I responded and asked for a full refund and have yet to hear back from them. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Also, they only state that their website is in USD AFTER placing an order so as a Canadian I was a bit shocked at the actual cost.”

“I was really disappointed with the flower arrangement I ordered from FlowerShopping.com for my mom on Mother’s Day. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the one pictured online. I had chosen an arrangement that was supposed to feature pretty pink flowers mixed with roses and purple blooms, but what arrived was mostly green foliage with only a few scattered flowers. It lacked the vibrant, cheerful look I was expecting, and it just didn’t feel special enough for such an important occasion. I hope FlowerShopping.com takes more care in accurately representing their arrangements in the future”
