Showed up a day late, not what I ordered, forgot the stuffed animal and the poor person delivering the flowers looked tired and disheveled….poor lady was tired.

Flowers were ordered on Friday for Sunday delivery for a funeral. I received a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered. On Saturday, I received an auto-generated email telling me that the flowers could not be delivered on Sunday and that the order was going to be cancelled. I was unable to reply to the email and no one answered at customer service. On Sunday, I received another email stating that the flowers were going to be delivered on Monday. I went to the funeral on Monday, no flowers. At 130pm, I received an email stating the the order was cancelled. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and have left two messages with no return call. The money has not been refunded as of 3 days after the initial order. I wish I would have looked at the ratings before ordering from them. Never again!

Flowers were not what I ordered. Two flowers were wilted. Card had no recipient or sender name on it.

Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place. I placed a 100 dollar order on Sunday, for a bouquet that was supposed to be for 1 hour delivery. I was also charged their “additional Sunday fee” of 10 dollars. It’s now more than 24 hours later and the arrangement still has not been delivered. When I called customer service to check the delivery status I was told they cannot see that information and that my arrangement has until 9pm tonight to be delivered. They weren’t even able to confirm my purchase. Why have a customer service line specifically for order/delivery status if they won’t give you any info? Unacceptable for the amount of money I paid.

I'd give no stars if I was able to. I placed an order for flowers for my friend who is celebrating her 50's birthday. I get a call on the day of the delivery that they would not be able to fill this order as they are in training, when I tried calling back I was informed they were closed. I received an email stating my order was cancelled and I was refunded my payment. They obviously plan their training days, so their system should not have accepted my order to be delivered if they were going to be closed. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Don't waste your time either.

They called to tell me the flower arrangement I had ordered was unavailable and that they would have a similar order delivered that day. My person never got their flowers and I get an email 2 days later (for a same day delivery!) that my order could not be delivered. I will never order from this establishment again!

I am extremely unhappy, I ordered a bouquet for my dad's birthday, and it looks nothing like what I paid for. Also, it was missing the balloon and the matching cup. I emailed them a week ago and still haven't heard anything. Hoping I get a response and my REFUND please...or I will never order from them again and I hope I get my refund because it was $90 for just a random bundle of flowers...that is it. I am furious.

False advertisement. I ordered a lovely arrangement of of you photos and got a few stems stuck in a vase. Look at the pictures and you explain to me why you do this. I want my money back so I can send from a real flower shop. Sad

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 8th birthday that be delivered to her after school care. I received a phone call from a lady saying that a product wasn't available and that they were replacing with something else. A couple hours later I was checking on my status to see if she received them and she did not. I then called customer service and said that they were currently closed Even though it was 11:30 at the times for standard pacific time. I then check my email and see that they sent me two separate emails saying that it was canceled less than an hour after the lady had called me due to the area being supposedly undeliverable. Why didn't she tell me that when she called? Now let's see how long it takes to get my refund.

I was charged for flowers. They were never delivered supposed to be a same-day delivery. I’ve called three separate times not returned a call back completely ignored.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I missed a call from customer service at 12:30 saying there was an issue with the order. I called back immediately and the voicemail said that customer service was closed. I emailed right away and called multiple more times. They emailed me back at 530 saying I would have to pay 20$ extra for delivery and if I approve it would be sent tomorrow. It is not my friends birthday tomorrow. Horrible.

I ordered flowers from flowershopping.com for my mother’s birthday. They called the day of the delivery saying the vase I chose was unavailable but would be delivered with extra flowers for the inconvenience. I got an email late the next afternoon saying they couldn’t deliver the order that day and would be deliverered the next day. They called the next day to say they cancelled the order without even trying to use another company. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review like this but I hope I can help someone else avoid going through the same thing. They grossly mismanaged this order and didn’t seem to really care.

I was charged almost double for my order for flowers that were not delivered. I wasn’t notified that the flowers weren’t going to be delivered. When I finally reached out to them for a refund, they gave me a runaround for a week and a half about even getting a refund. Huge scam do not order from this website.

Never delivered flowers paid extra for Sunday delivery then not delivered and called for update then got a notification that my paypal order amount was increased by another 1.55 for unknown reasons Customer service never called me back Do not use this business for anything important in regards to delivery of flowers

I ordered my flowers with plenty of time in the day and was assured that I would have the flowers ordered the same day with paying an extra Sunday fee. They waited until the next day to tell me they weren’t coming and did not give me my delivery extra fees refunded. Terrible customer service I would use any other site

What I ordered for my mother in law looked NOTHING like wha she received grocery store! I paid to upgrade the content of roses too! I ordered purple roses with purple filler: see pic below What she received: see pic below She received pink roses with baby's breath! I spent almost $100.00 for the purple roses and she was delivered pink roses with baby breath! NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED!
