“Ordered three bouquets The roses in two of them were very droopy and haven’t recovered The Altromeria bouquet was splendid They were gifts so have no photographs”

“Flowers did not arrive on the requested day for which I had paid for courier service. That night I tried to find out where they were. The next day I had an apology but no option to have them delivered a day late. They never arrived.”

“Flowers were dying Chat line was not working!!! Phone line would ring once and then stop!! Phone-in would then say it's an incorrect number Just terrible after sales service”

“My friend was thrilled with her plant, although I did take a chance on the free delivery and the post was a little late, but hopefully, the plant will survive and this is not against the company at all. Would recommend and definitely use them again.”
