“Flowers did not arrive on the requested day for which I had paid for courier service. That night I tried to find out where they were. The next day I had an apology but no option to have them delivered a day late. They never arrived.”

“Flowers were dying Chat line was not working!!! Phone line would ring once and then stop!! Phone-in would then say it's an incorrect number Just terrible after sales service”

“My friend was thrilled with her plant, although I did take a chance on the free delivery and the post was a little late, but hopefully, the plant will survive and this is not against the company at all. Would recommend and definitely use them again.”

“Usually delivery is on time but since Flying Flowers changed to Amazon Delivery, timing is not so good. My delivery was delayed for a day and so flowers suffered - very disappointed Flying Flowers should return to Post Office delivery - more reliable”

“just one disappointment in that the gift card wasn't filled out so the recipient didn't know who they were from or who to thank. it was only when I rang to see if she had them, we worked it out”

“I wasn’t happy with the delivery of my flowers. The flowers were lovely but they were not delivered until 7-45 in the evening. That was not good as she went out in the evening and they were left in the porch. Yours sincerely. J calver.”
