“I use flying flowers every time I want to send some, which is usually at least 6 times a year. They are always lovely flowers and delivered on time. Once in over 15+ years of using them the flowers were not their best and flying flowers immediately sent a replacement bunch and refunded me the cost. Excellent service.”

“Letter Box flowers so that elderly lady did not have to go to the door, unfortunately would not go through her letter box. 2 letter box flowers order together only 1 received free chocs.”

“Ordered 15 October for delivery 22 October. Received email confirming our for delivery only to find out that they are not being delivered until 27 October. 5 days after my daughter's birthday. Following complaint got my money refunded. Not impressed”

“Flowers never got delivered, I received my money back but I didn’t ask for that, if you’re going to refund me then I do still expect the flowers to be delivered! Will probably never order from this company again absolutely disgusting help. I can’t answer any of these further questions as the delivery never happened in the first place”

“The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the correct day despite paying for next day delivery, had to complain twice, finally delivered 4 days later. Totally unsatisfactory. Was my daughters anniversary. Will not be ordering with you again.”

“The delivery came on the right day but because the courier left it OUTSIDE my elderly mother's porch (and didn't bother ringing the bell), she did not discover it until very late in the evening when a relative popped round and saw it. Had that not happened, my mum would not have received them on her birthday. Needless to say, they weren't looking their best when opened.”
