“I have been using FF for many years. I sent some flowers for my mum's birthday and this is the messagee I received: "Thank you to you all for the beautiful flowers and basket of goodies I received for my birthday. The flowers are absolutely beautiful." When I spoke to her she said they were the best flowers she had ever received from FF.”

“I contacted the company via email and chat to delay my order as 15mins after placing my order after I found my friend had been rushed into hospital so asked to delay the delivery but I was told the order had been placed and I later found it had been left on the doorstep. I feel this was an inappropriate and unsatisfactory conclusion. A Very Disappointing experience.”

“I ordered these initially to be told they may not get delivered guaranteed on the day I required so I asked for it to be a day earlier - these were only discovered at the door because someone visited - when opened they looked in a sorry state am very disappointed with them”

“My daughter received her flowers and was very pleased with them. As I didn't see them I'm just saying 4 stars. I haven't spoken to her about them in detail. The chocolate offer was great - made it feel more like a family gift.”

“I ordered on a Thursday evening flowers for my sister who lives in Inverness. I chose Standard Delivery by post only to discover that at that point a postal strike was planned for the following week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I worried that the flowers might not be delivered before that. However, I got a surprise message from my sister to say that the flowers arrived by courier on the Sunday. I was so relieved and she was delighted with the bouquet so thank you.”
