“The flowers arrived upside down. One or two were Brocken. My cousin didn’t want to make fuss as the weather was bad & the roads difficult for the drivers but the box shouldn’t be delivered upside down. A bit disappointed”

“FLOWERS WERE GREAT, PROCESS WAS FINE, BUT THE FLOWERS WERE LEFT ON THE BACK STEP OF THE HOUSE WHICH ISN'T IN USE SO NOT FOUND ON THE BIRTHDAY THEY WERE DELIVERED FOR.... NO CARD TO SAY THEY WERE... APPRECIATE IT'S DOWN TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY BUT IT'S ALL PART OF THE PACKAGE”
