My mum received her lovely Christmas plant it arrived on the date it indicated especially when a postal strike was that week.

Really simple to use and great service. I ordered the item from my phone whilst in a rush on a business trip in the states and it was all sorted and delivered in under 24hrs even during Royal Mail strikes. The Reindeer planter was a real hit. Happy to use Flying Flowers again.

Only today, I have been told the plant was not delivered as booked. The element of surprise vanished when it was collected from the postoffice. Terrible!!

Website status was out of date. Flowers went out for delivery at 8:00am on a Monday but were not delivered until 1:00pm on a Tuesday.

Flowers were delivered in a poor state and second bunch was a little better but again roses very poor I have put on first bunch then second bunch photo of these They were for anniversary for my daughter

Avoid this company! No plant was delivered. My seriously ill friend is left without a gift, and the response was "Please be assured that this has been noted and is being addressed." oh well, that's okay then! Informing me you had no intention of sending it, and refunding me in time to buy another gift would be better!!!

No email sent prior to delivery, despite saying the company would let me know when the flowers were on their way. No notification of delivery either. Had to chase Flying Flowers - lady who replied to my email didn't call me by my name either and was chatting to someone else who seemed to have the same problem as me. Not sure if I'd use them again.

My daughter was feeling very ill I ordered her flowers on Thursday evening and they arrived early Friday afternoon. The bouquet of the month. They were lovely. She was delighted with them.

The recipient, an elderly lady, reported the flowers to be wilted, 2 stems broken. She did not have the technology to take a photograph. Very Disappointing as I have used your service many times, and have never been let down before. Order no FF 70019462501. BROCKWAY
