“My Scotland and Liverpool orders were very nice and on time however the Canvey Island, Essex order was dry on arrival but did recover in a couple of days also the message was not legible so the recipient didn't know who sent them!”

“Was a last minute gift for a friend that wasn't well, weren't sure she would receive before Xmas, due to postal strikes, but she received them the very next day ! She was over the moon with them, so Well done!!”

“You completely failed in you contract with me to deliver my orde, not only on the day contracted, but on any day. You failed to track my order, the only saving grace is that you refunded the value of my order. However, you have had "use" of my funds for many days until it arrives back in my bank. Fortunately for me flying flowers have many competitors which I will use in future”

“The flowers are not a high quality - half appear dead/droopy. Would have been very very unhappy if I paid full price, but don’t even think they were worth the discounted amount”

“I cannot fault the delivery which was delivered on the day specified but was very disappointed with the flowers, the poor Roses looked dead although they did perk up a little after a drink of water the next day they were drooping again and have stayed that way since, one of the stems of Eucalyptus was brown and brittle, I cannot see these lasting very long so a bit disappointed. Delivery excellent.”
