“We found the box on our doorstep this morning. We were not aware of anyone knocking & you simply can't miss the noise of our knockers! The orchids are beautiful and in A1 condition.”

“First time in years a bit dissatisfied this was for my sisters 80th birthday x leaves dying and roses a bit bruised. I wouldn’t stop using flying flowers but for her special birthday thought they would have been fresher ?”

“I ordered from Ireland on Tuesday 13th Dec 22 to be delivered in UK . It is now Saturday 17th Dec and nothing has been delivered and they won't respond to my emails ,of which I sent three since Thursday !”

“Ordered 2 lots of flowers to go to Aunty and Friend. They got there on the days they were meant to. Aunty and Friend are very delighted with their deliveries. I live too far away from them to see them for myself.”

“When the flowers arrived, they were packed in a crowded/squashed fashion and the red roses were all dying and indeed have since flopped altogether. I tried to discuss this with "chat on line" but never received an answer. The whole experience has been totally unsatisfactory and I would like to get this resolved in a satisfactory manner. Will someone please contact me asap”

“I've used Flying Flowers many times happily and without incident but after sending a bouquet to my cousin last week was very disappointed when she told me they'd arrived half-dead. She did as advised and placed them in water and trimmed the stems but they only rallied a little. I sent a message to Flying Flowers a few days ago but they haven't bothered to answer me. I'll think twice before I order from them again.”
