“I ordered 4 bunches of flowers to four Ladies for delivery on December 22nd. What arrived were 2 bunches to 3 Ladies, and none to another Lady! Consequently I had to sort it out myself, on my 90th Birthday! You were always efficient in the past, what a shame it was such a shambles this time! What a good job the Flowers were lovely.”

“The flowers arrived on time, though I did pay extra for designated delivery day. They were fresh looking although one of the roses flower heads has snapped off and some of the spray carnation were broken. Over all they were good.”
