2 Sympathy and 1 Birth Bouquet were ordered for colleagues. They were not delivered until 2 weeks after they were ordered! Our colleagues were back at school. Very embarrassing to say the least. We will not use your company again.

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday a good week before, they did not arrive on time and when they did Royal Mail was unable to deliver as she was at work. So not only did she not get on her birthday, she now has to go the Royal Mail to collect.. very disappointed. Would not use again .

Flower delivery 2 days late and counting for a funeral. If ever a service needs to deliver on an agreed date it's flower delivery, for what ever the occasion, it has to be on time. At this point I have been offered either my money back (minus international transaction fees) or an "upgrade" to delivery by courier rather than Royal Mail. Late delivery can in no way be an "upgrade". Money back after two international phone calls and unwanted stress is deeply offensive. Flying Flowers should simply deliver on what was originally agreed to and paid for. Pathetic company.

A good friend did a lovely gesture to send flowers and chocolates, unfortunately it took 5 days to deliver, the flowers are wilted and some are dead. The flower food was split and dripped goo all over the place, bleaching marks on everything it touched. The company won't allow me to speak to anyone, because of UK data protection, (I bet they can't quote where it says that) All round bad experience. The company couldn't give a flying flower.

I received an indoor rose plant as a gift, with no flowers, no buds with sad looking foliage. It came on 17 April and is now quietly dying, still flower and budless. I complained and was sent another budless and flowerless plant. Don't use this company.

Dear Sir, A recent bad experience has prompted us to bring to your attention and all your regular viewers regarding Flying Flowers, based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. It was Our Anniversary on Tuesday April 23rd and I had ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on that day, they were ordered on April 16th giving them sufficient time to prepare and get them to us for our very special day. After lengthy correspondence with them it has proven that Flying Flowers sent them to us by Royal Mail on Monday April 22nd which was Bank Holiday Monday, when the Royal Mail do not process any transactions, so the Flowers arrived on Wednesday April 24th, the day after our Big Day. and the suprise and total meaning was lost. Our whole day was ruined and the suprise for my wife by the non delivery. Flying Flowers deliberately sent them out too late knowing that they would not be delivered on our Anniversary, and they did not even contact us to tell us this or give us an alternative delivery arrangement, if they had we would have glady paid an extra charge for a courier. They appear to refer to the fact that they say 95% of flowers arrive on the chosen date, but in this case it does not apply as they deliberately let us down, having posted them too late on a Bank Holiday when parcel post does not get actioned, and no deliveries or collections. They however appear to be more interested in the money rather than customer care. There should be no mistake, the flowers were chosen under their Annivesary section which they should have realised it was important to get the flowers to us on the date we stated. The card attached to the flowers stated our Anniversary date. They appear to hide behind their 95% statement, However by bringing this to your attention we would like to help other prospective customers of theirs to be very careful when ordereing flowers for an Anniversary that they may not get them on their Anniversary date and especially if their Anniverary falls the day after a bank holiday, as they won't get them. Placed a highly important order this morning for delivery today all confirmed and payed online received confirmation email. phoned up at 16.30 to confirm delivery was on track informed at 16.30 in the evening with no time to make rearrangements they couldn't do it appalling service. they claimed they sent an email at 3pm which is not showing in any of my inboxes spam or otherwise.

All the flowers were dead within three days some within two days, e mailed three times to customer service and never had a response, would not use again

Only given one star because the flowers arrived on time however I did pay £5.99 extra. Gift for my daughter and her husband. She unpacked them only to find that some of the blooms had brown edges, one spray had broken stem and thy looked nothing like the photo in the brochure that FF had enclosed. She immediately contacted FF and sent them photos. She was embarrassed to tell me what had happened & I was furious. I have been promised a refund but that is little consolation. Won't be using FF again. You need to get your act together and talk with your supplier. They are doing you no favours.

I ORDERED A BASKET OF FLOWERS A MONTH AGO TO BE DELIVERED 18/04/19 AND THEY HAVEN'T ARRIVED. THEY WERE FOR MY MUM'S 80TH BIRTHDAY AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD NEVER USE FLYING FLOWERS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting service and customer service handlers. Aggressive staff who like to shout at their customers after LYING about what they have said on previous calls! Would not recommend and will NEVER use again!!!

4pm delivery on Mothering Sunday is acceptable by this company. I complained that if I had known it would be 4pm delivery, I wouldn’t of ordered flowers. Company wasn’t interested. Very cold indeed!

My mum in laws flowers got delivered on Tuesday despite being ordered last Thursday for mothers day, they are nothing like what I ordered she is very disappointed, I paid 26.99 which was the bouquet of the month. Could get better at Aldi or Lidl. Will not be using flying flowers again.

I had mothers day flowers delivered to my mother as I'm in the us and they delivered them to the wrong house. I see the picture of a door that was not number 13 it was number 11. The neighbor delivered them to her when they got back home ( my mother can hardly walk). The then had the cheek to tell me they were delivered to the correct address as check by GPS, I told them Sumeet, This is awful delivery awful customer service, you are trying to tell me it was delivered to the correct house and it wasn’t ( the door shown in your picture is not #13 its #11), it was delivered to the next door neighbor number 11, How is that the correct address? The neighbor brought to my mother as she can hardly walk ( at number 13). No investigation needed, your service is the worst delivery service ever, I suggestion you pass it on to Royal mail as they now how to find the correct house! I will be writing an appropriate review as you ruined mothers day for me!

If I could go any lower than 1* I would. Ordered flowers specifically for Mother’s Day, informed they would arrive before 4pm, 5pm comes and nothing. Rang up, informed they’d be there before 7pm...it gets to 8pm and still nothing! Not best pleased I ring up asking what’s going on. I find out they haven’t even been out for delivery yet! “We can only deliver Monday now”, well what’s the point in that? Managed to receive my refund this morning, they still sent out the flowers yesterday, my mum sent me a photo over of them. By far the worst set of flowers I’ve came across. Terrible company, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!

The Mother’s Day flowers I ordered were nothing like the picture. Half of them looked dead. I had to get another bunch from somewhere else. Glad I had them delivered here and not to my Mums she would have been so disappointed. £30 spent and the ones I got from Asda were beautiful and half the price. I have emailed three times and not even a response from customer services. Would never use this company again 😡

I received the simply freesias bouquet from my son for Mother's Day and when I opened them they were such a disappointment. They certainly were not worth the £25.99 my son paid for them! They were all different colours in the brochure and lots of them but there are only three different colours in mine and although very pretty not enough flowers to warrant the price. My son was quite upset when he saw them and will not be ordering again from you. They did arrive on time though and nicely packaged. However, it is the flowers you are paying for and what should be a nice present turned out that I felt my son would have been better off going to a supermarket and choosing some there.

Ordered two different sets of flowers for mother’s day and they are nothing like the pictures. One of the bouquet was totally different. Very disappointed. Do not buy.
