“Do NOT use this company if sending flowers to your loved ones. Ordered flowers so they would arrive on my mums birthday but they never did. Then spoke to a women at flying flowere who was rude and utter useless and refused a refund. Will never use again.”

“Flying Flowers more like lying flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a bouquet and chocolates to arrive for my mothers 70th Birthday on the 13th December. Order was placed on the 12th December under the falsely advertised 24 hour delivery policy. its now the 16th December today and still nothing has arrived. I contacted Flying Flowers who advised it would arrive on the 13th. surprise surprise nothing came. eventually received an email after requesting complaints procedure 3 times advising that this would be resent and would arrive before 4.00 on Saturday. 4.00 on Saturday rolled around and nothing arrived again. After chasing again on the Saturday I was advised new flowers would be dispatched and would be arriving on Monday prior to 8.00pm via recorded delivery. Chased again today (Monday) and after been advised that order had been dispatched at 12.52 by Katy chased again this evening to be advised "Ive just looked at this order and im cant apologise enough, the order doesnt seem to have been despatched for today. I can send the items again for Wednesday with the upgraded delivery *daisy" spelling errors intentional still nothing has arrived from this company nor has any contact been made from them please if reading this or if you are considering using their services dont !!!!!!!”

“Flowers arrived on time, they were nearly dead, I was embarrassed when my friend opened them, they certainly wasn't worth £20, I will not be recommending you to anyone.”

“Have heard from lady these flowers were sent to and she was delighted with blooms and the condition they arrived in. For my part, I was very impressed with the patience and politeness of the person I placed the order with and with the speed they arrived - the next morning. I will definitely use you again”

“Expectations versus reality are completely different. It’s a real shame I have no where to put the pictures. Literally looked like I’d sent a £3 bunch from a petrol station. It gives you the option to select a date for free but that isn’t the case. For example I selected Wednesday but when I chased the order I was told that because I had opted for free delivery the we’re going to take longer than the date I chose. Over all really disappointing experience I wouldn’t bother again. I only gave one start because I was unable to give 0!”

“Absaloutly terrible!!! No words describe how poor the service is at Flying Flowers! The first time they never delivered my flowers at all even after three redeliveries and i decided to give them a second chance and they messed up terribly again!!! Never ever EVER using them again! If you don't mind your flowers turning up late and damaged than go ahead and use them.”

“flowers never received nothing on line to say if delivered or not but have to say you could phone the helpline number lady very helpful they are going to send the item out again so far not delivered maybe I would not use them in the future sorry to say”
