Hi, I am really sorry to hear this, If you order with a free delivery, we cannot guarantee a same day delivery. 95% of of the time it arrives on the day, however on rare occasions some deliveries may arrive the next working day. My sincere apologies Kind regards Michelle

Valentines flowers did not turn up until 15th!! Then not particularly fresh when arrived! Wouldn’t bother again!!

Our free postal delivery isn't always guaranteed to arrive on the selected date - this is in line with the information given at checkout where you are given the option to select courier delivery to guarantee your delivery date. The roses were tiny, didn't last till the end of the day! 2 out of the 3 bunches ordered were delivered 2 days early.

Asked for the delivery to be cancelled 5 days before delivery , operative advised wouldn't be a problem , got no confirmation email so had to call next day , where was advised will take 48 hours and will get a call back to confirm refund on order after 72 hours no call, so I called and was advised order had been cancelled and money will be in account in 3-4 working days , however the flowers were delivered the following day ?!

A Rose was broken when it came and the bag at the bottom had split so the jel was coming out. Never buy from here again

Third time buying from flying flowers and second time disappointed, had these delivered to my partner for valentines, couldn’t believe how poor and pathetic they looked, nothing like as shown online, very poor value for money. Last time for me, I’ll Buy from M&S in future!

Ordered flowers on Friday morning for a friend as a surprise, to be delivered by post on Saturday. Not received a text from her so assume she hasn't received them. Rang Flying Flowers to see if they can track, only to be told as its by post they can't, and there is a 2 day window. This not mentioned on the website that I could see, so they could be half dead by the time they arrive. Very disappointed with the service and will be using a local florist in the future.

Our website does state :- "FREE Delivery" We'll deliver this gift for FREE by Royal Mail - in our experience, 95% of postal deliveries will arrive on your chosen date, however on rare occasions some deliveries may arrive on the next working day. "Courier Delivery" Upgrade to our Guaranteed Delivery service and DPD will deliver your gift between 8am – 8pm on your chosen day. Bought my wife a bunch of flowers for valentines they turned up looking tired and half dead, they been in water for 48 hours now and still look tired. Not worth the money could have got twice as much from Morrison’s won’t make that mistake again.

I ordered 60 pound worth of flowers and chocolates and teddy and mini bottle of prosseco I never received any of the chocolates and the flowers haven't even lasted a week they have died already and had to throw them away already so I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.

Website states "order up to 6pm for free next day delivery" ..... I ordered on Friday before 6pm and flowers only delivered on the Tuesday! Were the flowers in the box since the Friday .... Very poor service. Contacted Flying Flowers who gave very indifferent reply. Such a waste of my money as receipient left delivery address on the Sunday ... So will eventually get dead flowers !

Unfortunately flowers delivered to wrong address. To be fair flying flowers dealt with it but spoilt the get well surprise as delivery not smooth and I was helpless as lived miles away

Ordered flowers for a 70th birthday, 3 in the bunch arrived dead, probably delivered by carrier pigeon, my advice would be to keep well clear from flyingflowers.

I sent a message and a photo about my order on 28/1. Unfortunately the bulbs were all damaged along with the message card which was also damaged. It was a gift so I was disappointed that it didn’t arrive in good order. The recipient was understanding but it did spoil the thought. Her comment wast that the packaging wasn’t robust enough and it had not travelled well and despite the message on the outside to keep upright that didn’t seem to have been the case. Regards
