I ordered flowers for my 92yr old Mum to be delivered the Monday after Mother’s Day. Yes they were delivered as expected BUT they arrived sad and tired looking, she cut the stems and some flowers didn’t respond so she ended up with half of the bouquet I ordered. I’ve used you many times before because I believed that you’re a reputable company., she was very disappointed and I’m unsure whether I’ll use you again.

I ordered flowers from flying flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day has unable to visit because of carona virus. No flowers were delivered so mother received nothing for Mother’s Day. It was very upsetting that she didn’t receive anything as well as not being able to have visitors. I did request my money back and received but I will never order from flying flowers again. There is a lot more flower companies out there that do honour there customers orders. If I could give minus stars I would. And I have informed all family and friends not to order from flying flowers.

Ordered flowers for a 60th birthday 4 days after requested delivery no flowers have arrived. I received no confirmation email however money has been taken from my account. Have emailed no reply yet. Very unhappy.

Flowers were delivered on time but very disappointed the flowers were limp not much colour dident received free chocs that was advertised with the flowers

Utter garbage service. Ordered flowers for delivery on Saturday for mothers day. No sign of them on the Saturday or Sunday. No apology when emailed just excuses. Dont use!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered flowers for mother’s Day they arrived withered and half dead I am so embarrassed my mum received flowers like that from me. They were nothing like the picture advertised. I e-mailed twice to complain still no answer. I want my money back I wouldn’t even give these flowers if they were free. Don’t use flying flowers!!!

Flowers ordered for delivery yesterday and still not delivered today. Emailed Customer service but no response so telephoned instead. The lady who answered tried too chase the Florest up that the flowers were supposed to be delivered from. We were then told there is no contact number for the florest and she would have to email them instead. This is an absolute shambles. My mother in law is now left with nothing on mother's Day!!! Needless to say, I have made a complaint as they refused to give my money back as flowers have been marked as delivered!!!

Not delivered on time which was important as it was my Mother’s birthday and no communication to say the delivery was going to be late

Ordered flowers on Tuesday at lunch time using the "free delivery for orders placed before 6pm". Finally delivered on Friday - missing my sister in law's birthday yesterday. Customer services totally unhelpful. No apology, just keep telling me free delivery has a 48 hr window (which still means they should have arrived yesterday) or that I should have paid an extra £6 for 'guaranteed' next day delivery.

Received a nice surprise from my son, unfortunately, found it had been opened & don't know if anything is missing, really upsetting, will be telling my son not to use again. Don't risk using this company, untrustworthy drivers.

I have received a tiny bouquet of flowers sold for £22.99 and i think they are roughly worth 10% of that, the photos on the site are absolutely nothing like the flowers that have arrived. Very poor

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and after ordering and paying I received an email saying they couldn’t be delivered until the next day! I understand there are problems at the moment, but I. Should have been told on ordering and given the option of using another service. I won’t be using Flying flowers again.
