They arrived a day late and were dead . Their response was they could not guarantee delivery through the post and that was in the small print . They should not offer free delivery and absolve themselves of responsibility because they use a third party to deliver. Not happy. Very disappointed . They have since offered my money back but that does not compensate for the disappointment of the recipient. It spoiled her birthday surprise .

Hi Pat, Thanks for your review. I am so sorry you were unhappy with the flowers recently that have been delivered. I think there has been a misunderstanding here. We cannot guarantee a specific day of the delivery, the window is 2 days on free delivery flowers. We do however hope they are delivered as expected and if they are not then we will always resolve this with the customer. We would like to think that all our flowers put a smile on the recipients face and are a lovely surprise. Regards Sue

Very disappointed with your service. As my order did not arrive on time for my sister birthday. Witch I ordered on the 4th of may. .to be there for the 6th of may. So I would appreciate a.refund. also will not use this service ever again.

Still waiting for delivery. Ordered flowers on the 26th April for delivery on my mother's birthday on the 6th May on behalf of my grandmother who buys her flowers every year but cannot currently leave her home due to the pandemic. Her birthday was on Wednesday - flowers did not arrive. I contacted flying flowers who said 5% of orders dont arrive on the day requested and will arrive the day after. They did not arrive the day after either. Now it is bank holiday friday, tomorrow and sunday royal mail arent delivering. If my mother receives the flowers on Monday then they will have been in the box since Wednesday. Have emailed and just keep getting impersonal replies telling me to wait longer for my delivery. Have used flying flowers several times in the past and had a good service - will not be using them again after this.

The flowers were due on Saturday. The recipient was self isolating and did not answer the door expecting the flowers to be left at the door as all packages are being left at the door during this challenging time. However the flowers were taken away and a card was left saying the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. When the flowers were eventually delivered they were not worth having as there was not enough water for five days. Flying Flowers apologised immediately and refunded my money. However there was disappointment at not receiving the flowers on the right date. A serious error occurred here which is being looked into by Flying Flowers. I have used them in the past and they have been excellent with beautiful flowers in perfect condition and will use them again.

Flower nothing like the picture, could buy these in a supermarket for a lot less money. These are for my mum’s funeral..... awful .... Will never recommend or use again. Wish had read reviews first

Ordred flowers for my daughter who is a midwife to cheer her up she recived them today. She sent me a picture iam so disgusted with the flowers they sent her not want was advertised on the site very poor so sorry i ordered from this company also ordred another lot of flowers for my other daughter and she has not had them.

Beware Shocking Company!!! Don’t touch with barge pole !! Somebody’s special birthday ruined!!!! Payed to be delivered on birthday date never came!! Very in helpful live chat, when you ask questions they don’t like they hang up !!! Take your money dont deliver flowers FRAUDSTERS !!

Received a confirmation email about my order this morning. Supposedly scheduled for delivery today 23 April 2020. Unfortunately, no delivery. Very disappointing. I ordered the flowers as a surprise for my Auntie who’s a nurse and frontliner. I need a refund.

I have written you at least two emails - no response. Flowers I ordered for my aunt's 96th birthday were sent to the wrong address. There is no excuse for this and she was very disappointed. I want an immediate explanation and a refund please. It seems I am one of many - what on earth is going on at your company? I won't be using you again as this is not the first problem I've had when dealing with you.

Dissatisfied with this company. Booked and paid for flowers on 11 April paid an extra £5.99 for express service so that my sister who is sick would receive them. On 21st April delivered to the wrong person. No reply after 4 emails from customer services. My sister has not received her flowers. I have requested a full refund please. Can someone please answer my emails. Commerce commission would be interested in this type of activity, charging for services not fit for purpose! Thank you.

Charged £32 (an extra £5.99 for an express delivery). This was meant to be a surprise for my sick sister. Flowers delivered 10 days later to the wrong person. I have requested a refund. Still no response from customer services after 4 emails. I will be contacting the commerce commission if I do not receive a full refund in 3 working days. Do not use this company.
