I ordered some flowers for my mother’s birthday they looked awful and died within 1 day. So disappointed by this and will not ever order flowers from flying flowers again.

Flowers arrived a day late. There were only a few flowers not enough to call it a bunch of flowers. Nothing like advertised. They were dead and lifeless. Myself and my friend who received them are extremely disappointed. Would never buy from here again waste of money.

Absolutely terrible flowers I ordered two lots for my daughters ,they work for the NHS I thought I would buy them something nice.Well when they got them Wednesday I was so ashamed . Dissatisfied

I paid for what I thought was a bouquet as advertised and received a very “tiny” bunch of flowers! Absolutely appalled......

We ordered flowers plus chocolates but unfortunately the chocolates didn’t arrive which was a great disappointment. I have sent an email but so far nobody has got back to me.

Have received flowers from daughter for the last 2 years for mothers day. Really disappointed that flowers only lasted 3 days each time. Told daughter never to order from them again

Very disappointed as the flowers I’d ordered for my friends birthday arrived in a terrible state. Heads broken, flowers wilted and some already dead, She sent me a photo so I emailed it to flying flowers complaining about the quality and state of the flowers. Totally different to what is advertised. They apologised and are sending me a refund but won’t use flying flowers again!

Disappointing. Order Peonies which should have arrived Saturday (Royal Mail), arrived Monday...dried out and looking very very sorry for themselves. Feel I’ve wasted my money on a bunch of half dead petrol station flowers!

If these where the flowers I ordered and received through eflorest they were awful. The stems were bone dry, two rose stems dead and the rest wilted. I have cancelled my second order. Won't use again.

I ordered Flowers for my daughter last Monday 11th May, for delivery on the 14th may so far they have NOT been delivered, i know that she has not got them as she always sends me an email plus send a photo of the Flowers. I have phoned only to be told "no one available", also have sent at least 5 emails for several of your emails only for the to have them returned says "cannot deliver". I am a long standing Customer and this is the first time my order as not been delivered on time. I know that there is a problem with Lockdown, but why keep taking orders when you cannot deliver them on time, At least if you had mentioned that deliver dates could be problem. can you please contact me to let me know when ,if ever, they will be delivered. A very UNHAPPY Long Standing Customer

I’m very upset I ordered flowers of you for my sisters 60th birthday because I can’t get to see her when she got them half of them were dying some of them were broke the ribbon what I ordered wasn’t even on the flowers and to top it all you even charged for delivery when it states free delivery I did an online chat and told them and the lad I spoke to who was called colon said he was very sorry and I was getting my money refunded back into my account that was Wednesday and I’m still waiting so I’m not very impressed mis elizabeth cookson
