Flowers ordered 6 May for delivery 13 May for a 25th wedding anniversary did not arrive until the day after. Very disappointed and annoyed. I sent three e.mails to you only two replies. 1st on 13/5 at 10.10 reply 16.33. 2nd on 13/5 at 21.06 reply 14/5 at 15.48. 3rd on 14/5 still waiting for a reply. The two replies I did get were very unsatisfactory.

My friends flowers haven't arrived very upset as I ordered them for her 50th on the 12th may and it is 15th and they still haven't arrived I have sent email which haven't been answered

Ordered flowers for my 25th Wedding Anniversary and one bunch arrived 3 days late & try to pass blame on Royal Mail. Simple use a courier and don’t offer free Royal Mail service

Friend very disappointed with her flowers, limp and dried out. I am a regular user. Flowers should have been delivered on Tuesday, only delivered today. I am not happy this time.

Awful. Payed for delivery slot on my mother’s birthday just for it to be a day late and the flowers to be very disappointing. Definitely not £23 worth of flowers arrived!

Jestem bardzo niezadowolona. Kwiaty nie wyglądały tak jak na zdjęciu.Mal ilość zupełnie inny kolor. Brzydkie.Zamowilam wiązankę dla córki na urodziny i było mi wstyd nie polecam!!!!!!!!!

When arrived two rose heads were off flowers droopy it was to be a special birthday present for my daughter in law who is a district nurse nhs I’ve had to reorder another flower delivery from another company

Very disappointed in the bouquet of flowers that where delivered to my Mother. They arrived on the day arrange, which in the present time is very good. However the flowers in the sunflower Beauty bouquet which cost £25.99 where not so good. In the bouquet one of the roses was dead and mildewed, and a lot of the other flowers had yellowing leaves. They where delivered on Saturday 2nd may and by Tuesday 5th May they where all dead except for the two sunflowers which didn't last till the end of the week. They did not cheer my Mother up as intended, but upset her about the money I wasted. I will not be using flying flowers again or recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered for my daughter in laws 30th birthday. Paid £53.00 in total and can honestly say I wish I had picked up the £20 bouquet in marks and Spencer’s as the bouquet was sparse. My son paid the same amount for a bouquet and it was far superior. I was honesty shocked when she showed me it.

Flowers were dead as soon as they got to MY friends they were ment to cheer her up they did not i got a full refund and its a good job i did
