I am livid .I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday today 3 weeks ago .Have not arrived . What good are flowers a day after birthday. I ordered flowers for my daughters 50th tomorrow also 3 weeks ago .I will be livid if they do not arrive. I know you will say difficult times rubbish. I gave you 3 weeks notice . I feel I will never deal with you again ,and I will tell other people . 😡

The 97% on time delivery seems like a very dubious claim given the number of 1 star reviews complaining about failed delivery times. My flowers were not delivered on schedule the day before my late father's birthday - the first since he died last year - in time for my mum to take them to his grave . They arrived 3 days after the scheduled delivery date. Thanks for nothing Flying Flowers.

Ordered flowers on the 7th April to be delivered on the 18th got an email to say they were going to be delivered on time. No flowers arrived very very disappointed ! And its theft to take money and not provide a service.

I was to get flowers delivered to my mum today 18/4/20 and they never came very disappointing money took out my bank last week and no flowers 😢. Can’t get to talk to anyone because of the virus right now just had to send an email which nobody has got back to me am very annoyed at this disappointing very poor service 😡

Ordered flowers on the 2nd April for delivery on the 15th April for my daughter's birthday they were from her son's . Not turned up 17th April . Have requested my money back if they turn up now they will be wilted and dying. Never again will I use this company.

over priced under bunched! not what was advertised on the website what looked like a lovely big bunch of colourful flower has turned up at best a £5 supermarket bunch of flowers. Overly disappointed don't bother as you will be let down!

Ordered flowers on 31st March for delivery 9th April for my daughter For Easter- they just arrived today (13th April) with dying flowers and yellow wilted leaves! They do not resemble what was advertised - shocking service, shocking product -extremely poor value!!!

“Free next day delivery” - the closest delivery option I had was nine days from now, and it cost £6 ....

Unbelievably bad. Flowers arrived yesterday one day late, but more to the point in a shocking state: a third were dead (stems brown and limp) and were discarded straight away; another substantial number of flowers were cut back drastically to try and salvage something: to no avail, most are now also headed for the bin. I am left with a sad fistful of blooms looking pretty dismal in a small vase. "Great value", as advertised, this is definitely not.

Flowers arrived two days late. Very tired, wilted and poor condition of flowers. Really meagre selection of flowers. Absolutely shocking that they are in such poor condition and I feel they are incredibly over priced. Could of got better in the local supermarket!

Ordered, giving five days notice, flowers for delivery on 4th April. Today is 7th April and flowers have NOT been received. Presumably Flying Flowers has been pleased to receive my payment yet, not one word by way of explanation has been received.! Very evidently has Flying Flying shown itself to be unreliable and undeserving of getting my trade.

Received Flying Flowers today as a special gift from my daughter for our anniversary. Absolutely appalling...and waste of money that my girl has spent. Spring bouquet..most of the daffodils had mould and yellow /Brown stems..never seen any bunch of postal flowers so bad. Tulips wilted. Narcissus flowers broken off and Brown. Take advice from Bloom and Wild. Would not ever recommend to anyone. Plus late delivery

Order placed with ample time for delivery on 4th April, flowers NOT RECEIVED. Today is 6th April, flowers remain UNDELIVERED. No doubt you will be quick to make a refund and, I'll look forward to receiving confirmation to this effect.

I ordered flowers - first delivery date was April 4th, 2020 which I took. These were for a friend who had a traumatic experience. I sent them to her via a neighbour. They did not arrive. I sent an e-mail - so far no reply. Very disappointing. I would not use them again
