Hateful company - shocking customer services who couldn't give a flying flower (or similar) undertakings and to assist with my order were not met and disniterested advisors who cut me off for no good reason other than they would not rectify their own mistakes.

Flowers have not arrived by Monday 9th, 3pm, ordered for Saturday 7th March. Hope they will be still alive if they arrive.

The flowers are lovely but I do not like the unclear clauses re postage. If you click on a link that offers free next day delivery, and the confirmation again confirms next day delivery, you do not expect the flowers the day after that. I understand that there is a clause somewhere on the website that allows for this to happen, but this should be clearer.

Can’t believe the hassle. First item not in stock, so I had to contact you. I was on hold on the phone for ages. Then got a substitute plant which I couldn’t see what was being sent to my cousin. Then it meant arriving Tuesday instead of Monday. Not good enough, I’m not happy

Ordered flowers for delivery yesterday and still waiting for them. Flowers are for a colleague who is leaving this afternoon so I'll need to now take time of work to go buy flowers from somewhere. I have been trying to email the company but their email bounces back. Had to read the very small print at the bottom of their email to see an alternative email address. I'm now out of pocket with no flowers for the lady leaving. Wont be using them again.

Very angry and disappointed because I ordered the complimentary chocolates to be delivered with the flowers but they were not.I complained to no avail. Don't order with them if you want to send free chocolates There are plenty of other on line florists

Not impressed, very overpriced. Paid over £40 for an average bunch of roses. The ones on Tesco at £5 we're better.
