They Turned up Dead but I spoke to customer service and they are sending some more so we will see how these are. but at the moment very poor flowers but good service.

one of the worst experiences, ordered expecting a next day service *AS ADVERTISED* all over the website, 2 days no delivery and was told to next time read the small print regarding the 95% chance of delivery, instead of refunds i have been told to give it another day or two then call back for a potential resolution. not good enough at all.

So disappointing, I ordered flowers and a card for my friend’s birthday a week in advance using their free Royal Mail delivery. The flowers were a day late and the card (£2.99 extra) simply replicated the message already inside. I won’t be using them again or recommending them

The bunch supplied was very scant and poor l was very disappinted as this was a gift to my daughter for her 1st anniversary. I have a photo which shows its rubbish.

Not happy with my order and they never got back to me when I complained. Ordered flowers and asked them to leave with a neighbor the left them in front of house. The box was squished. When I opens the box some of the flower heads where not attached and leaves had fallen of. The flowers looked nothing like the photo when in vase it looked empty and gappy could of bought a better bunch at my local shop

Very disappointing. Small bunch of flowers that looked nothing like the picture. I would not recommend and will not be ordering again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I won’t be using again. I asked to be delivered on my niece’s birthday 6th Jan as she was at home that day. They had been delivered the next day and she found them on return from work. Flowers look as tho they are dying one head was already off one of the roses.The petals are falling off the others. Would prefer a refund.

I did not get what I ordered and despite several emails no replacement as was promised. They should not offer what they cannot deliver.

Surprise £18.99 Christmas Carnival flowers arrived for 2 roses, 2 tulips and 2 stems of some other small flowers some of which had heads fallen off, and one gold sprayed stem of leaves. Contacted Flying Flowers as embarrassed as friend paid good money they said they out source their orders - I suggested they use secret shoppers so they can see what is being sent out under their name. They sent a different bunch of flowers which were fine. Photos taken of the original flowers by friends who were also horrified and have said they will be reporting these flowers to Trading Standards. Emailed Flying Flowers on the 13.12.2019 to date no reply. It is a shame as Flying Flowers used to have a good name.

the flowers were never delivered the florist said she rang me to say the recipient was out but i did not get a call and no attempt was made to leave with a neighbour rubbish service

disappointed with the Flowers that I received yesterday it was my first purchase from Flying flowers and thought that they would be a special display for the Christmas time. The Roses were not good and the overall health of the other flowers looked like a week old. This morning the Roses were dropping their leaves and the Chrysanthemums are not looking good. I must say the after paying £33.00 for them I would have expected better, I dint think that they are going to make Christmas Day. Really dissatisfied. I should have gone to Aldi where at least there flowers are at a fair price and there last a couple of weeks.

Having ordered Flowers which arrived on said date but a gift of Prosecco and chocolates Which didn't arrive, I have to say useless and pointless Email that I received from Flying Flowers saying how Sorry they were which was not good enough I did get promised a full refund of the gift which I would have expected any way they offered no compensation other then a voucher of 15% of my next order which will not be happening as I feel I have been treated appealing by Flying Flowers.

I have used this company for several years. The service and ease of ordering is excellent, however having seen one of the received deliveries this weekend I am more than a little disappointed with the sorry state of the bouquet, not good value at all. These flowers were ordered as Christmas presents for elderly friends, they were pitiful.

Nothing showed up, it’s now four days overdue. I get no reply from customer service and even the customer help line isn’t working. Never ever again from these people. They do not deserve to be in business. no wonder the name got changed, was interflora rubbish as well
